EVERTHING WAS GOOD,NICE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE,FOOD WAS VERY GOOD ONLY OUR ROOM WAS NOT PERFECT BUT THAT IS NOT BIG PROBLEM BECOUSE WE WAS ON THR BEACH WHOLE DAY ONLY SLEEPING IN ROOM. TAHNKS TO HOTELC.COM ANT TO HOTEL THEA BOUTIQUE

Pros:

Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie, keine Erstattung.
Die All inclusive Versorgung entsprach nicht dem Standard. Soft Getränke waren nicht in Ausreichenden Mengen verfügbar. Keinerlei Service beim Essen, jeden Tag gleiches oder sehr ähnliches Buffet.
Ab 10:00 Uhr abends war alles dunkel, auch die Zimmer, kein Lesen möglich.
Das Service Personal war absolut überfordert.
Zimmerservice reduziert auf Handtuchwechsel.
