Très bel endroit
Pros:

Nous sommes près de tout . Bon déjeuner . Propre . Personnel très gentil. Belle petite terrasse. Les 2 chaises fournies à la plage très appréciées .

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite mais propre . Un peu dispendieux mais c’est le prix à payer pour être à Miami Beach . Frais supplémentaires de 39$ us chargés à notre arrivée .

Overall great stay
Pros:

Nice size room with good view of restaurant/courtyard! Staff were all really friendly and it was very close to Miami Beach which is what we wanted.

Cons:

The restaurant was pricey for dinner so we decided to uber eats. Would have been nice to have more options for dinner although there are many of other food options nearby. There were a few areas in our room that needed fixing such as the brackets on the toilet seat

Try the Riviera instead.
Pros:

I did not get to see much of the property. Judging by what I saw at reception, I would not rush back to stay there.

Cons:

On arrival at 2am I was told that the room that I booted on Booking.com waa not available. Receptionist showed absolutely no interest in helping me search for alternatives accomodation. She just advised me to go to the hotel next door to ask if they had any rooms. I asked her if she was willing to call them. She replied that she did not have their number.
I went next door to the Riviera Hotel where the receptionist was kind and helpful. He placed nearly 10 calls to sister hotels and helped me with WiFi só I coyld call an Uber.

Great rooftop pool, small rooms
Pros:

Great location and very quiet which is important on Miami Beach. The rooftop pool area is fantastic - a real asset to the hotel - loved it.

Cons:

Very small room. The hotel charged us more than the agreed rate on booking.com when we arrived. I messaged them about this and they haven’t replied.
