A mi llegada me atendió Abdullah me tuvo mucha paciencia con mi inglés y me ayudó en todo, llegamos antes de lo previsto y de suerte habia habitación disponible y nos la dieron.

Já estivemos outras vezes e gostamos da localização e limpeza do hotel. Staff foi ótimo também.

Cons:

Nosso quarto tinha uma porta trancada que conjugava para outro quarto, sem isolamento acústico. Dava para ouvir tudo do outro quarto e isso foi muito incoveniente e atrapalhou durante a noite.

O preço do valet parking está abusivo.

la ubicacion era buena, el hotel era limpio. volveria sin duda. chiquito. nunca tenias que esperar para el ascensor. la atencion era buena.

Cons:

decia que iba a tener vista al patio, y no se veia nada. toda la ventana tenia un sticker que no me permitia ver. no te dan sombrilla en la playa, solo reposera.
en el restaurante del hotel te obligan a poner el 20% de propina, lo que hace que termine siendo muy caro comer ahi.

I booked a reservation for my sister Fatima Azzahrae for those specific day’s 15 to 17 March. The guy working at the front desk, said at my sister there is no room available for here. Now i see the transaction in my credit card cost me 589.69$. In need an immediate refund on my credit card cause the hotel refuse to offer at my sister available room.
