Good location but hotel was okay
Pros:

The location was on south beach close to everything. The hotel was clean but the room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. One of the staff members Abdullah was super nice and so helpful!

Cons:

The room was not cleaned on a daily basis to the point where we had to ask them to clean our room. The bed was never made therefore the sheets were not changed. At one point I am not even sure if they gave us fresh towels they just hung the same ones. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 am so we asked the front desk where we should park (since there is no on-site parking) but she wasn't helpful at all. My friend and I weren't going to drive around in the middle of the night so we ended up getting their valet service which was $53.50 USD (we are from Canada so it was a lot). Abdullah was the only helpful one who told us the next morning that there were 3 parking garages around the hotel where we were able to find parking for the rest of the nights from $15-20 USD so we are so thankful for him.

Good location not far from the beach. Very pleasant staff and lovely roof top bar.
Pros:

The staff were super helpful at check in and check out. We did not have breakfast but it did look good. Evening meal was fantastic. Really enjoyed the roof top bar whilst waiting to leave before the airport.

Très désagréable
Pros:

Juste l'ubication

Cons:

A disparu 200 dollars et 200 euros dans l'hôtel au moment du nettoyage de la chambre dans l'hôtel.

Il y a un caution de 100 dollars qui doit être remboursé 2 jours après le check-out, on est parti le 5 et jusqu'à ajd il y a pas les 100 dollars dans mon compte


Je le donne 0 dans l'aspect de précaution et de sécurité avec son personnel de nettoyage.

Cons:

Pasamos 4 noches, primero 3 y luego 1.
Cobraron fees del hotel extra (por día 39$) cuando en la reserva de booking te pone expresamente incluidos. En la segunda estancia una de las habitaciones muy pequeña y con cosas en la papelera/cubitera. No opción a cambio ni a late check out.

ALL the staff smiled & spoke to us. Special thanks to the night shift receptionist. Didn't get his name unfortunately. He's a STAR.

Bell’hotel, ottima posizione!
Pros:

Camere belle e pulite, posizione comoda per la spiaggia. Prezzo giusto per la posizione e i servizi.
Parcheggio a pagamento self-service molto comodo a piedi.

Cons:

Colazione alla carta molto cara.

הגענו ב12 בלילה הפקעדה בקבלה ניסתה לחייב אותנו כסף מעבר להזמנה למרות שהיה רשום במפורש שאין עוד חיובים מבירור עם בוקינג היא באמת לא היתה אמורה לחייב מעבר
קיבלנו חדר והוא היה מלוכלך עם ריח לא נעים מאוד קטן ואור לא עובד העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר וגם שם היה מחוכלך עם שערות במצעים ואמבטיה הלכנו לישון כי היה מאוחר ויצאנו על הבטקר למלון אחר למרות שלא היה אופציה לביטול והפסדנו את הכסף שם לא היינו מוכנים להישאר

Excellent location…..from Collins Avenue. Appears to be recently renovated….bathroom, etc.

Cons:

THE POOL IS UNHEATED! Believe me, in January when it’s low 70s, a heated pool is essential. Does NOT have to be like bath water. Skimpy towels, TV volume controlled to 10 max.—could not hear (no other audio in room). Requested additional coffee pods at 6 pm—never arrived (called again 7 am. Arrived immediately!)

Pros:

The room was cozy. The rooftop pool was nice.

Cons:

The staff does not really know what customer service is. My experience was like a sketch in the British comedy series „Little Britain“, where the lady at the counter answers „Computer says no“ to every customer request.
