Boutique hotel close to the main attraction of Miami. A lot of care for customers: breakfast included, towels included for the beach and also sun beds!

Some of the staff members were very kind, such as the waiters or the manager.
The first person to welcome us was not so nice with us, she was unpleasant. I’m also trying to ask the refund of the deposit but the hotel NEVER respond the demands. I also tried to ask some information 2 week before my booking and they NEVER responded my questions.
