Me sorprendió muchísimo, le dije por favor que busque una solución, me dijo hable con mi gerente de muy mala manera. Le dije no, que ella debía hablar con su gerente y buscar una solución. Finalmente terminamos reservando otra habitación para que duerma mi hija menor de 13 años. (1 h y media para hacer el
Checkin) Al dia siguiente desocupamos la habitación adicional en tiempo y forma, pero a la misma

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en pleno centro de Santiago, frente a la plaza principal, a una cuadra de la catedral y del Centro Cultural del Bicentenario, a 10 cuadras de la terminal de ómnibus y de la estación del Tren al Desarrollo, a 15 cuadras de la costanera y a 6 kilómetros del aeropuerto.
La habitación tenía camas cómodas, baño moderno y completo, buen wifi. Todo limpio y con linda vista a la plaza.
El personal fue muy amable y en todo momento predispuesto para el trabajo. En un radio de 200 metros numerosos restaurantes, pizzerías y cafeterías.

Cons:

El olor en la habitación no era bueno! Salía un fuerte olor del baño! Y la pileta no hay lugar que de el sol totalmente cubierta. Se trabo el ascensor #2 que ya decisn tenian problema y quedo genre encerrada. Me cobraron aparte el estacionamiento y el desayuno!! En fin me.sañkl mas caro que hospedarme en Miami!
