Schreckliche Erfahrung – Unhöflich und schmutzig

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Aussicht aus dem Apartment ist wirklich schön.

Cons:

Das Personal war absolut unhöflich. Der Check-in war eine Katastrophe: Er fand in einer Garage statt und fühlte sich wie ein Polizeiverhör durch einen sehr groben Pförtner an. Das Apartment selbst war schmutzig, insbesondere das Schlafsofa. Es gab keine Bettwäsche, und obwohl wir danach gefragt haben, erhielten wir keine Antwort. Der Empfang im Hotel gibt einem deutlich das Gefühl, ein Gast zweiter Klasse zu sein. Wir mussten uns letztendlich ein zusätzliches Hotelzimmer nehmen und das Apartment verlassen.

Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel à 13h mais j’ai quand même dû attendre 16h pour avoir accès à ma chambre ce qui est contraignant après un long vol et mes valises

Pros:

Make sure to obtain security code before arriving. We didnt have it the first night and the securty gaurd would not give it to us. The security gaurd was with the hotel. The place we stayed was privately own which they were amazing and accommodating

Definitely nice view, modern apartment (shame it has a little problems of maintenance for bathrooms such as mold and lights no working properly and the bath tub has issues to drain water), it is full-equipped

Excelente , sin dida alguna regresaría

La excelente ubicación
Es muy amplio , cómodo y su jacuzzi y vista espectacular

Cons:

Q al principio no teníamos agua caliente pero le dieron solución inmediata

Pros:

The apartment was in a good condition but for the amount of people that was supposed to be in the apartment the toilet papers were not enough.. Also the apartment didn't have air conditioner only fan. I couldn't received two of my invited friends that drove from Venezuela to be with us in our vacation. The property didn't accepted the cedula ID. Horrible experience. I didn't know about this because I don't live in this country.

Pros:

Overall this is luxury Apartment has a lot of advantages excelent views and has jacuzzi, two balconies and inside everything is pretty much new

Cons:

The only bad side they don't leave any extra Toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen area at least for one Day till you go buy some but other wise no complaints
