Friendly staff, room 10 minutes walking to Acacia mall. Not unsafe in my view.
Room that I Booked was taken. Other room took negotiation process. There is a gate, but you can just walk in there, no, guard, so you could state that security is non-existant. So that is a reason why I would not stay there again.
Nearby acacia mall. Peaceful. Secure. Lots of good points. Rooms for betterment are always there. The guest friendly approach is good.
Can be made more comfortable by putting a single sofa in the room, study table, and maintenance of the wall TV.
The location is great, just 10 mins walk to Acacia mall and good restaurants around.

The compound is Tranquil and very green, and in an area of Kampala that has great access to malls and other facilities
From pre-arrival communication and airport transfer arrangement to well-equipped room and supportive staff, it was a wonderful stay. Location is great that’s close to a shopping mall and other amenities. We experienced multiple power cuts and WiFi instability during the stay, but these were minor issues for the overall comfort.

Loved the location near a main road and mall just 5 minutes drive away and walkable, but still very quiet. Most importantly only 70m from my Dentist Office. Nice, private garden just outside my room. The self-contained room on the side of the home was very well done. Very nice, bright, clean room with small fridge, electric kettle and desk. Excellent value for the price! (Note: It has a TV, but I didn't try it.)
I would recommend a small fan as an addition to the room, though I didn't feel too hot while there. Maybe add a small sign on the front of the gate, rather than just relying on the address Plot number to make sure I'm in the correct location.
Good room with parking, excellent location walking distance to the mall, restaurants and a few bars. Perfect location to experience Kampala. Large bathroom with hot instant shower.
