The hotel is excellent location. If you love food and night life in Islamabad then this is the place. Get the room with the outside view. For the price you pay this hotel is great value and staff very friendly and helpful.
Easy to reach from the station, and felt safe. Located right next to a walking street with shopping opportunities.
Staff spoke poorly English. We arrived very early in the morning, and staff tried to claim all kinds of different prices, although we had already booked a room. The rooms were smelly, and the beds were terrible. Aircondition has to be purchased separately for an expensive price that doesn't really make sense.

Good location - close to the railway station. There was always a person at the front desk - there was no problem with a late check-in. Good wi-fi connection, air-con and complimentary bottle of water waiting in the room.
The room and bed linen wasn't really clean. We've seen cockroaches.
The hotel is in a good location for exploring Rawalpindi city and for using the train station and metro bus. The air conditioning worked well and it was comfortable for the price. The staff were very friendly. The internet (Wi-Fi) was fast.
The bed sheets were a little dirty. The shower was cold.
