Pros:

Schöne und saubere Anlage. Sehr schöner und neuer Wellnessbereich im 3. und 4. Stock mit Infinity-Pool und Saunen.

Cons:

Das Hotel will irgendwie alles gleichzeitig sein, doch das Konzept scheitert daran etwas. Familienhotel, Adults-only-Bereiche und gleichzeitig super hundefreundlich – vieles wirkt nicht konsequent umgesetzt.

Auch die Zeiten für Essen und Kurse haben uns gestört: Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10 Uhr, selbst am Wochenende. Aufgüsse, Yoga und Pilates finden teilweise erst um 18 Uhr statt, während das Abendessen nur bis 20 Uhr angeboten wird. Das passt organisatorisch nicht wirklich zusammen.

Auch das Personal hatte teilweise seine Herausforderungen. An den beiden Tagen, an denen wir nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen hatten, mussten wir 35 bzw. 45 Minuten warten. Der Kuchen war längst weg, bevor wir überhaupt unsere Getränke bekommen haben. Generell war das lange Warten auf Getränke während unseres Aufenthalts leider immer wieder ein Thema.

Pros:

Thanks for a lovely stay and making us welcome! Great location for snowbombing and the spa in the hotel is absolutely great. We loved the staff and special mention to Sabrina for her help and Psathas at reception theyre wonderful people and they deserve a raise! The hotel is clean and plenty of character and also the buffet breakfast was great with a omelette station and lots of fresh fruit and hot and cold stuff 😋

Lovely hotel for a ski break with friends.
Pros:

The rooms were new and spacious overlooking the outside swimming area. The food was exceptional, so much choice and plentiful. The spa facilities are fantastic, not at all crowded.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis enttäuschend
Pros:

Wellnessbereich ist zum Teil schön renoviert, zum Teil aber auch noch sehr veraltet. Das Essen war sehr lecker, vor allem das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft haben wir keine weiteren Infos erhalten außer einer Karte, auf der man selbst herausfinden musste, wo zb. das Restaurant oder der wellnessbereich zu finden sind und wann diese geöffnet haben.
Leider waren zwei Saunen geschlossen ohne dass wir vorab eine Info bekommen hatten. Bei einem Bademantel auf dem Zimmer waren die Schlaufen kaputt, so dass der Gürtel immer auf dem Boden hing, wenn man ihn ausgezogen hat. Darüber hinaus wurde gerade renoviert, als wir dort waren und der Lärm war extrem störend (bereits ab morgens um 8 Uhr), insbesondere wenn man nur zum entspannen dort ist. Auch hätte der wellnessbereich gerne schon ab morgens geöffnet sein können, anstatt nur von 14:30-19 Uhr. Wenn man nur zum wellnessen da ist, hat man keine wirkliche Alternative.
Der aperol am Abend war furchtbar. Auf Nachfrage wurde bestätigt dass dieser bereits vorgemischt aus der Flasche kommt - bei dieser Preisklasse wirklich unerhört. Auch bestand nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, diesen mit Wasser oder ähnlichem noch zu verdünnen, da man für Wasser extra hätte bezahlen müssen. Man darf den Wellnessbereich am Abreisetag nur gegen Aufpreis nutzen - in anderen Hotels ist das bis Nachmittag kostenfrei möglich und Standardmäßig mit enthalten. Da der wellnessbereich wie gesagt erst um 14:30 Uhr öffnet, hatten wir am Abreisetag nichts mehr davon. Auf dem Zimmer gab es nicht mal Wasser (oder Gläser) - auch das erwarte ich bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse.
