zeer goed hotel, een aanrader

Alles was er heel fijn ingericht. zeer mooie kamer en top hotel. de bus stopt bijna aan de deur om opgehaald te worden om naar de skiliften te gaan.

Cons:

Een welkomstdrankje had er wel aan afgekund. Ook bij het apperitief moest je vragen of er iets bij kon worden geserveerd om te knabbelen.

Laut, unpersönlich und nicht passend zum Standard.
Pros:

Die Hotelzimmer und das Frühstück waren gut. Toller Wellnessbereich und genug Liegen.

Cons:

Speisen Leistung bei HP Menü katastrophal. Rohkost Buffet ok aber die Hauptgerichte unterirdisch. Riesige Gruppen von englischen besoffenen Gästen, die einen gemütlichen Abend somit verhindern. Personal sichtlich genervt von der Situation. Dementsprechend auch kein guter Service. Kein verschlossener Ski Keller. Der täglich spielende Alleinunterhalter an der Bar ist eine Zumutung, so dass wir ab dem dritten Abend in die Nachbar Hotels ausgewichen sind. Das Personal an der Bar ist dementsprechend auch sichtlich angefressen. Nachmittagsjause leider nur Kuchen kein herzhaften Sachen. Sauna schließt um 19:00 Uhr. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann man dieses Hotel einfach nicht empfehlen. Durch die genannten Probleme kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, sich vorher gedanken darüber zu machen, welche Art von Urlaub man wünscht. Groß, unpersönlich, kalt, laut.

Perfect place
Pros:

Very nice place for a stay!
You have everything you need in the hotel: nice restaurant, ski room and great SPA area both for kids and adults.
We were staying at freshly built part of the hotel and family room is absolutely perfect for a family with 2 kids.

Excellent Ski Hotel
Pros:

Booked a package ski deal with a group of Friends and this hotel looked nice on the website. Nice, it was amazing for a Ski hotel.!!! 4 pools, saunas steam rooms and half board. Food great, loverly staff and a quieter end of Mayrhofen not far from lifts ( short bus ride or walk) New spa is amazing. Would highly recommend. Will go back in the summer.

Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere die Dame (aus der Tschechei) beim Empfang
Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, ganz neu gebaut
