Terrible
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

There was a leak in our room that go into our bag and soaked our clothes and passport.
Staff gave us a new room but then asked us to go back there the day after because they had another client coming to stay in our new room.
Terrible customer service would not recommend. For over €100 a night its terrible value. They also refused to compensate us for the inconvenience and the damage to our property.

Pros:

The male manager was ery helpful. He was kind enough to offer myself and daughter a toilet to ourselves, when i complained of my issue with sharing of toilet as it was not clear to me when i was booking.

Solo tiene dos cosas buenas: la ubicación y una terraza rooftop muy amplia con asientos y cojines muy cómodos.

Cons:

1. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, es decir, encendía y cada diez minutos se apagaba y había que encenderlo nuevamente.
2. Al ducharse se inundaba gran parte de la habitación, se comentó el problema en recepción y nos dieron una fregona para que limpiásemos nosotros, porque explícitamente nos dijeron que ellos no podían y la chica de la limpieza se había ido ya.
Nada de esto lo solucionaron en tres días de estancia.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Air Con was good. Location was excellent. Plenty bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Despite shower leaking staff did mop up the water and provide fresh bath mats every day.

Cons:

Shower leaked over floor and shower head didn't stay up on the pole. TV didn't work. Room was advertised as having a balcony but in effect it was a 2 foot overhang and was off the bathroom not what we expected. The property had communal kitchen facilities which included a good coffee machine (2 Euro) and is in reality a cross between a hotel and a hostel.
