Die Lage.
Leider war mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft eine sehr enttäuschende und unangenehme Erfahrung.
Ich hatte ein Bett im Hostel gebucht. Bei meiner Ankunft war das Bett deutlich verschmutzt, weshalb ich es selbst frisch beziehen musste, da die Empfangskraft nach eigener Aussage keine Zeit dafür hatte. Kurz darauf stellte ich fest, dass sich Bettwanzen im Bett befanden. Daraufhin packte ich sofort meine Sachen zusammen, da ich unter diesen Umständen dort nicht schlafen konnte.
Auch das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und der Mülleimer war bereits überfüllt. Da ich das gebuchte Zimmer aufgrund der Bettwanzen nicht nutzen konnte, verbrachte ich die Nacht notgedrungen in der Küche und musste mir für die restlichen gebuchten Tage kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass mir bis heute keine Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzten Übernachtungen gewährt wurde. Zudem wurde ich von der Unterkunft bei Booking.com fälschlicherweise als „No-Show“ gemeldet, obwohl ich vor Ort war, das Bett bezogen und die Bettwanzen selbst festgestellt habe.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft aufgrund der hygienischen Zustände und des Umgangs mit der Situation leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

The property was exceptionally located. Very easy access to all shops/bars/restaurants and the marina. The hotel was well kept and staff were friendly. The rooftop was especially brilliant!
The property wasn’t quite as listed - no hairdryer in the room as listed, tv didn’t work at all, and soaps were all empty when we arrived. We would’ve liked to have used the tv and hairdryer however otherwise the room was great and as expected.

Pensei que fosse um pouco mais perto da baixa de Faro! Mas também nao é muito longe para quem não se importa de andar a pé ! 10/15m!

Great location for exploring Faro. Staff were very friendly and super helpful (we were travelling with a pram and they helped us up the front steps etc). Aircon was fantastic !!!
It was a little bit cramped but we did have a cot in with us so that’s to be expected! The blind in the bathroom was pretty sheer so I’m sure at night people could see in.
