Pros:

Lage ist super.,nur 5 minuten weit weg von hafen und Altstadt. Sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein und winter seit echt kalt weil sie haben keine Heizung nur klima und klima funktioniert nicht gescheid.

Good location but wouldnt stay again.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the shared kitchen was clean. I can imagine the rooftop is nice in summertime. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The first issue we had was there wasn’t any soap in our room whatsoever in the shower or bathroom sink. We asked at the front desk and they advised they were waiting on delivery. Not very sanitary and I would expect a hotel to source from elsewhere if this is an issue, especially after covid!
The room was comfortable but the heating didn’t work (it’s December) and the windows were constantly covered in condensation.
The bathroom was very small and the door was difficult to manoeuvre, it seemed a little broken and hadn’t been repaired.
Finally, I had tried to email ahead in advance of our stay on multiple occasions to book the airport shuttle advertised as a service and simply had no reply. City tax must be paid in cash only which we also didn’t have so had to go out and get it - be advised when checking in!
