We had a very warm home feeling while we are staying. There are some interesting shops near by.
Cons:

The stairway are quite steep, we need some warnings regarding to the aged peoples and people are not very good with the steep stairway!And also the street which access to the carpark is quite narrow, sometimes even had cars parked on both sides!
