Tout était très bien (literie, douche, propreté, espace disponible, praticité...), sauf que je ne m'attendais pas à être en sous-sol (avec fenêtre, tout de même). Comme je n'y étais que pour une nuit et que j'avais bénéficié d'une offre à prix réduit, c'est allé. L'hôtel est tout proche du Rosengarten, ne manquez pas la très jolie vue depuis ce lieu!

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus in ein paar Haltestellen zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt etwas Oberhalb der Altstadt, schöne Sonnenuntergänge können von dort aus betrachtet werden, oder im angrenzenden Rosengarten. Neben Hotel gibt es direkt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, jedoch kann man sich am Kaffee oder Tee bedienen. Das Personal ist super nett.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Altstadt und verfügt über ein Parkhaus, was sehr praktisch ist. Man kann sich im Foyer jederzeit einen Kaffee bzw. einen Tee zubereiten.

Cons:

Wir waren nun schon zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel, da die Lage einfach überzeugt, auch wenn die gesamte Aufmachung des Hotels und der Zimmer eher "nüchtern" bzw. "kalt" ist.
Leider ist aber immer irgend etwas nicht in Ordnung. Dieses Mal war nicht nur eine Nachttischlampe an einer Seite des Bettes abgerissen, sondern es kam hinzu, dass die Heizungssteuerung im Zimmer nicht funktionierte, es wurde nicht wärmer als 20 Grad, auch wenn man die Anlage auf 23 Grad stellte. Außerdem sind das Ein- und das Auschecken extrem zeitaufwendig, da die Mitarbeiter hierfür sehr viel Zeit brauchen, selbst wenn man schon häufiger dort war. Außerdem erhielt ich die erbetene Rechnung nicht per Mail, eine Anfrage per Mail erhielt nur die Auskunft, an welche andere Adresse ich mich wenden sollte, um um eine Rechnung zu bitten, dieser nächste Versuch läuft gerade.

Pros:

Der Fernseher im Zimmer war faktisch nicht benutzbar: Alle paar Minuten stockte das Gerät für rund 30 Sekunden, der Ton setzte vollständig aus und das Bild fror ein. Ein normales Fernsehen war somit unmöglich.
