Jung und etwas anders, über den Dächern...
Pros:

Junges dynamisches Personal am Empfang. Die Lage mit einer überraschenden Aussicht und das Frühstück, sehr empfehlenswert. Zudem sollte auch die Rooftop - Bar sicher erwähnt werden.

Cons:

Die fehlenden Parkplätze in der Nähe und das Verkehrsregime der Stadt Bern.
Die Bar mit Dachterrasse dürfte etwas "offensiver" beworben werden.

Zimmer nur als Tagesgast nutzbar, bei mehreren Tagen zu ungepflegt!
Pros:

Sehr passables Frühstücksbuffett, leckere Kaffeeauswahl! Joghurt, Früchte, Bircher > sehr gut!
Jederzeit sehr nettes Personal am Empfang

Cons:

Trotz mehrfacher Gespräche am Empfang, wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, Trittspuren auf Boden nicht entfernt, weder Waschbecken noch Toilette gewischt/gereinigt. Neue Handtücher auf WC-Deckel oder Waschbecken abgelegt, Betten blieben im Zustand, wie morgens verlassen. Mülleimer im Zimmer wurden nicht geleert.
Es liegen sehr große, harte Kopfkissen aus, die nachts nicht zum Schlafen nutzbar sind. Es wurde der Austausch mit 'den alten Kissen' versprochen, aber erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen umgesetzt.

広くて清潔だった
フロント階に無料の水とコーヒーがある
フロントのバーは24時間営業しているらしい。ルーフトップバーも22時まで開いている。
滞在中はベルンシティ内のバス、トラム、電車が無料になるチケットをもらえる(カウンターにあるQRコードを読み、チェックイン時に教えてもらうパスコードといくつかの自分の情報を登録する必要あり)
バス停のすぐ近くでアクセスが良い
隣のビルにcoopがある

We were pleased overall.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but from what I saw it looked pretty complete. We appreciated the free coffee and tea they offered all guests. We were pleased with the city transportation ticket the hotel offered us.

Cons:

I was pleased with everything they offered us. There was nothing to be displeased about. Would stay there again. Grocery store was next to hotel so it was very convenient for us. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. Great location!

Pros:

La habitación estaba bastante bien, colchón y almohadas cómodos y todo bastante limpio. Los desayunos muy completos.

Cons:

La atención del personal de recepción no me pareció la más adecuada. En principio solo te entendían si hablabas inglés y finalmente inglés y alemán. Nada de francés ni de español. Este aspecto considero que se debe mejorar.
