Overall not a bad stay, I'd stay again
Pros:

The location was Perfect, literally walking across the street to the main Beach area and Starbucks

Cons:

Check in was absolutely HORRIBLE. Nearly a 2 hour check in process and we were 3rd in line when we got there.

Their amenities and reception could have been improved rather than asking for $ . Or saying sry.
Pros:

Reception and hotel is at prime location walkable to beach

Cons:

Everything about stay -- lift doesn't work. Ac can't be controlled .. rooms were given on 3rd floor and we have to lift luggages till 3rd floor. Car parking was asked to be paid for 2 nights. Even if they have , they are selling it per vehicle.

Pros:

El hotel es viejo, en general está en buen estado pero como las puertas no cierran bien, los controles fallan un poco. Debe mejorar la limpieza que se veían cucarachas muertas. Un punto importante es que dicen tiene tienen estacionamiento pero no que cobran 50 dólares al día, deben ponerlo y en la fotos sale microondas y no tienen las habitaciones.

I’d definitely rent a room here again.
Pros:

Great location, good choice and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Broken shower head. However they did send someone immediately to come fix it as I need to shower from a beach day and get ready for my evening out in a timely manner.

Don’t stay here!
Pros:

Nothing at all.

do not book in advance they won’t refund you after you see how nasty this place is. Conned about $300 from me

Blood on the bedding
Rust on the floors
Bugs
Mold on the water damaged wooden dresser/tv stand
No parking dude wouldn’t even let me pull up to the front to unload my family’s luggage because he gives the front parking to a car rental business

So many better options in Miami learn from my mistakes

Pros:

Website says parking available , so booked, but at the time of check in they say no parking and suggested me to use private parking which cost me $120 for 1 night. Hotel room cost is $180. All public parkings are closed by City.

Pillows are ditry, too noisy, no dining, inconvenient because we got 3rd floor room and lift was not working.

The place was absolutely horrible, there were people smoking marijuana and drinking beer, in the lobby and outside, we saw the room and it was very dirty, it seemed that it was not cleaned and the beds looked almost unmade, a terrible experience and I do not recommend it to anyone, very bad
