My stay was amazing.
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel, very clean and the staff was very professional and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn’t like. As long the rates don’t go up. That in part is what makes this Hotel appealing.

This is our go to hotel when traveling
Pros:

It’s convenient to the airport and it’s always clean.

Cons:

I think their airport shuttle is slow picking you up from the airport but we rarely use that service.

The availability of the shuttle bus

Cons:

Room was not completely cleaned upon check in. As per staff, dead seasonal bugs were found on the floor and cockroaches were seen in the shower area. We informed the front desk and was told no one was available to until the next day to check out my complaint. Also, the fire alarm went off at 4 am, had to evacuate the hotel and the staff was unable to turn off the alarm after receiving an all clear from the fire department.

Decent stay for the price and very convenient to the airport
Pros:

The front desk agents and drivers were nice. Helps to have more front desk staff onsite though.

Cons:

Live bugs were in my room as well as in the connecting room booked by my family. There were also dead moths at the base of the bed that were not cleaned up by housekeeping. Additionally we had to ask for the room to be cleaned otherwise there was no cleaning service.

We were also awakened by a blaring fire alarm and had to go outside during 30 degree weather. There was no fire but we had to wait until the manager came to turn the alarm off. He wasnt sure of the code so it took longer than expected.

New, clean and comfortable
Pros:

New property, very clean, big spacious rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom mirror was great.

Cons:

It’s directly on the flight path for the runway, it was rather loud when planes flew overhead. If you’re a light sleeper might be an issue. All flights at BNA do stop at midnight and resume at 5 am.

The fire alarm also went off at 4 am and the desk agent didn’t have a key to shut it off.

It was fine
Pros:

It's nice hotel but the room keys were very frustrating
You had to stand at the door and swipe several times before it would...annoying. There was not a free breakfast. The staff were present but not very helpful. It's an upscale place and probably more than we needed but live and learn.

Horrible
Cons:

We had no hot water in the sink in our bathroom for 3 days, i made mention of this twice, i asked for another room but the hotel was full, no one ever came to fix the sink, also the people next door smoked marijuana outside our window so for 2 days all we smelled was weed smoke, terrible experience
