It was a clean facility

Cons:

Very noisy with air traffic, but I was able to do with that. The main issue was loud guest above me, both nights I got no rest. I called front desk 3 times and issue still continuing until 3 A.M with music, banging on floor, definitely think it was a party.

Mediocre.
Pros:

The bed was nice, there were a dozen pillows and all of them were too soft.

Cons:

I paid 10 dollars to park, then had to park 1/4 of a mile away on a street not owned by the hotel.

I waited 40 minutes to be served for breakfast. The food came out before drinks. Or silverware. Or salt and pepper.

The room I got was not the room I booked and there was no explanation given as to why I had two queen beds instead of a single king.

I was told a manager would reach out to me about my concerns but they never did.

We stayed in order to catch a flight next day.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t free so we didn’t eat. Late night because of late flight, didnt get to use shuttle which was main reason we picked this hotel. We stayed night before flight and when we returned we stayed another night, flight was delayed so it was very late. We paid for shuttle and didn’t use it. Nights were expensive on top of vacation.

Although the planes were loud we still enjoyed our stay while we were there for our daughter’s graduation.
Pros:

The room was clean,bathroom was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. It was close to the graduation venue.

Cons:

The airplanes flying overhead in the morning. I guess I didn’t realize how loud they were.
