Everything was clean and tidy. They had a convenient area if you needed something. It’s by the airport but we seriously didn’t hear one plane when we were there.

We probably should’ve gone out to eat. We didn’t enjoy food at restaurant but drinks were very good. Not a big deal I would still stay here.

Super clean and beautiful
The location was perfect, right by the airport but still pretty close to downtown and everything was within 15-20 mins. Very comfortable beds, room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
There were a lot of lady bugs/asian beetles in our room. It got so bad we requested that room service come in and sweep them up after a few hours of being there. They did the first time, but the second time we asked we were a day from checkout, and i think they forgot. So the bugs were pretty bad.
The property was clean and the rooms were nice and the front desk staff were responsive and helpful. We were unaware, however, that it was directly under the last hundred feet of the landing runway, earplugs would have been nice. The lobby and convenient shop were also nicely appointed.
The restaurant and bar looked inviting as you enter the hotel but that was about it. The staff sat most of the time and made customers feel as though we were interrupting them if we ordered something or needed something. The food and drinks were way overpriced for what you got and that is not even counting the presentation of the food; cafeteria food would have looked and likely tasted better. The worst part of the stay though was the shuttle ride to and from the airport! The first impression was that the van just came from a smash’em up car derby which immediately made me wonder what kind of hotel it was going to be. The van’s passenger side was completely thrashed, leaving that side without a step so the driver had to use a folding step ladder for passengers ingress and egress - that’s a disaster waiting to happen when the flimsy ladder folds up on a passenger. The passenger seatbelts didn’t work but worse yet the clips no longer had their plastic covers so I cut myself on the jagged metal getting out of the van. The driver’s door handle fell off so he had to climb through the passenger door when we were waiting. It was the only van for two hotels - seriously!! Rent one and get that one fixed! It is not only the first impression for the hotel to its airport customers, it is a matter of safety for the drivers and passengers.
