除了服務人員的態度很積極,其他的部分都有待改進
Pros:

可能是三月份才從北關農場改成馥蘭朵,也或許是對馥蘭朵烏來印象頗佳,所以有點過高的期望帶來極大的落差

房間設施有點老舊,感覺不像是新的建築,浴室只有簡單的淋浴,也沒有乾溼分離.

我住的一晚7000多的房間是沒有電視機的,服務人員解釋是因為要來山裡放空,我勉強接受,但是廣大的山林固然空氣清新,但是當天下雨所以也無法在泥濘的步道裡悠閒地漫步

整個場地和建築似乎是延續之前的北關農場(螃蟹博物館),感覺像是一般平價的民宿

服務人員可能都是新進,有些搞不清楚狀況,但是服務態度還算不錯.晚餐後回到房間,可能是因為下雨的關係,整個走廊和房間都是滿天飛舞的白蟻(從門縫鑽進),我努力的用拖鞋消滅了大概數十隻的白蟻,但是依然從門縫鑽入,不得已只好請櫃檯派服務人員來解決和清理

來幫我整理的兩位服務人員就很親切,認真的把所有的陣亡白蟻打掃乾淨,並用多的浴巾將門縫塞住,很克難的解決白蟻之亂,這點我很感謝和讚賞

畢竟才開幕沒多久,我認為還有很大很多的改善空間,整體的大自然環境是很清幽,但是要如何成為適合逃離塵囂,修身養性,慢活樂活的好旅居可能還需要很長的時間

或許,一兩年之後我會再回來住住看看使否和此時有進步吧!
