Ik vloog erg vroeg vanaf Schiphol. Om 7:00.
Vanaf het hotel ben je met 10 minuten lopen en 7 minuten treinen op Schiphol.

Нощувка при престой между полети
Pros:

Хотелът e много чист, добре поддържан (вероятно нов) и всичко в стаята беше в отлично състояние.
Особено удобно е, че има 24-часова рецепция, но също така и възможност за self check-in и self check-out, включително онлайн.
Това прави пристигането късно вечер или ранното освобождаване на стаята много лесно.
Локацията е удобна - гара Amsterdam Lelylaan е на около 10 минути пеша, а оттам има директен влак до Schiphol Airport само за една спирка (билета е 4 €).
Поради това хотелът е много удобен за хора с по-дълги престои между полети.
Стаята беше комфортна, леглото много удобно и широко. Има и еспресо машина с капсули, а водата от чешмата в Амстердам е годна за пиене.
В моя случай имах около 14 часа престой между полетите и успях спокойно да си почина след дългия полет от Токио, зареждайки се за полетите на следващия ден.
Благодаря на екипа на хотела за приятния престой.

Cons:

Стаите (а може би и целия хотел) са разположени на по-ниско ниво в пристройка към основна (висока) сграда, като моята беше с прозорец към улицата. За това понякога се чуваха преминаващи автомобили или хора отвън. Улицата обаче е доста спокойна и шумът не ми попречи да спя.

One of best hotels I have stayed in.
Pros:

As we walked into the hotel, we noticed how nice it smelt and it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room looked amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We got fresh clean towels everyday and housing keeping was top notch. The receptionists were so helpful and never tired to answer any questions we had. The hotel was really close to transport services, there was a Lidl and other supermarkets close by. Transport services are very efficient and going to the Schipol airport was less than 10 minutes away on the train. I truly loved my stay at MET hotel. Will definitely stay again when I travel to Amsterdam.

I want to caution future guests to carefully document the condition of their room upon arrival and before checkout.

During my stay, my friend and I were accused of causing damage to a bathroom door that was already broken. When we left the room, the issue had not changed from how we found it, yet staff attempted to charge us for the damage. It felt unfair and extremely frustrating to be blamed for something that was clearly pre-existing.

We were also charged additional fees for what they classified as “excessive cleaning,” including stained bedding. I understand that hotels need to maintain their rooms, but charging guests over something like a spilled drink on a duvet, something that typically falls under normal cleaning responsibilities, felt unreasonable.

Overall, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and mistrusted. I strongly recommend taking photos or videos of your room when you check in and before you leave to avoid potential disputes.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not stay here again.
