Literally everything is very good, the room is very beautiful and clean, bed is comfortable, and location also super nice. Close to train, tram, bus. there are two super market nearby, so we can buy things easily.

Pros:

L’emplacement un peu excentrer et loin de l’agitation du centre d’Amsterdam avec une station de métro à à peine 10min. La chambre très bien équipée. Un petit déjeuner au top !

Excellent Hotel - Lovely City with Lovely people
Pros:

The staff were excellent- very polite / helpful / attentive - they really looked after us- we could not have asked for better - I would be very happy to book with them again.
The Hotel was absolutely spotless - and it had a lovely relaxed feel about it.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The Hotel is located about 10-15 minutes outside the centre which isn’t a problem as the transport system is very close and quick into the city but sometimes after a busy day - you could wish that it was closer.
Having said that - a hotel in the centre would have its own drawbacks and probably would not feel as relaxed.
I would definitely stay at the Met Hotel again on a return visit.

Very comfortable, pleasant service and good transport connections
Pros:

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds. Quiet location and nice (short) walk to the station along the canal. Excellent transport connections - about 15 mins on train to Schiphol and 20-30 minutes into city on metro/ tram.

Cons:

Not much around local area, and only pizza at the hotel in the evening. Couldn’t stream Netflix or Apple TV to room tv.

Relatively close to public transit, may not be best value depending on season.
Pros:

10 to 20 minutes walking distance to metro and train stations, and bus stop. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

May not be an issue to some, but be aware that the location is in kind of residential area, not a business, commercial or tourist area.

Memorable stay at the Met
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights at the Met Hotel and loved the trendy and modern vibe, the friendly staff, the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and cafe latte. We loved the special attention they give to the environment by avoiding waste in any way possible. The hotel is located closed to 2 metro stations, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Amsterdam. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent value and quality
Pros:

Great accommodation for an excellent price. Offers a good breakfast, excellent pizza available all night, and a short walk (< 5min) to great amenities like tram & bus stops, two grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a couple small but excellent restaurants and bakeries. The staff is friendly and attentive, and special recognition to Valentina for all her suggestions and guidance.

Met Amsterdam stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the hotel is located in an upcoming residential area, and it is conveniently located. From the hotel there is a shortcut that leads to the train station, so its one stop away from the airport. While close its a little inconvenient to get there while pushing/carrying a luggage. We choose to take an uber on the way back to the airport. It also offers access to the tram - the one that runs in the middle of the street. Taking tram 1 or 17 brought was to wherever we wanted to go in 10 to 15 mins depending where we were going. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, they offer high quality towels, the shower has great water pressure. The inconvenience is that the gym is not in the same building so if you want to use it they will issue you a temporary card (seems like the gym is shared with a nearby condo). Also, the hotel has a restaurant but it is only opened for breakfast and lunch. In the evening hours they only offer pizza.
