My stay at Neusa Hills Eco Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience.
The glamping accommodations were perfectly designed for comfort and immersion in nature. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and the serene Neusa Lake right outside my window felt absolutely cinematic. Every view looked like a scene from a movie—fog drifting over the water, lush green hills, and vibrant sunsets.
The food was outstanding, with fresh, flavorful dishes that showcased local ingredients. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the stay.
Whether you’re looking to relax, reconnect with nature, or simply escape the busy city life of Bogotá, Neusa Hills Eco Hotel is the perfect retreat. The combination of breathtaking scenery, exceptional service, and unique glamping charm made it an experience I’ll never forget. I can’t wait to return!

El restaurante es delicioso y el personal atiende muy bien.
Es un lugar muy frio y las cabañas no están diseñadas para soportar el frío, si no estás debajo de las cobijas no te calientas entonces la cabaña realmente se vuelve incomoda, no se disfruta. Bañarse también es dificil porque el frío es demasiado y no tienen calefacción o chimenea.
Las cabañas son extremadamente comodas, lindas y bien equipadas.
La vista es indescriptible, espectacular. El lugar es perfecto para descansar y el personal es muy amable.

Pésima experiencia con la forma de atender. Ponen música a las 9 de la mañana en el restaurante en un sitio tranquilo y por políticas no pueden quitar la música. También falta que den más información de actividades que se pueden hacer. En general muy sobrevalorado al precio
La comida, la amabilidad de las personas, el paisaje es hermoso, la habitación súper cómoda y nos dejaron una botella de vino de cortesía.
Para lo que pagué espero recibir detalles normales de un hotel como secador de pelo, crema de manos y un gorro de baño. La caneca de basura del baño estaba dañada, solo había una lámpara en la habitación.
Los precios de la comida son altos pero la comida es deliciosa, si me parece un poco exagerado que cobren $17.000 por una soda con limón.
En la publicidad ofrecen spa, masajes, pero no estaban prestando el servicio.
El lugar es espectacular, la vista , la tranquilidad , la amabilidad de las personas. Comida deliciosa, un lugar super recomendado para ir y en nuestro caso para regresar.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The people there are super attentive, the place is beautiful, the view is amazing and the food was truly spectacular. We chose the romantic dinner which the option where the chef chooses the menu. What a great meal. And breakfast was excellent. Truly was an amazing place and somewhere we will definitely go back too.

lo unico es que no servía el calentador, es un clima de páramo con 3 grados centigrados, dijeron que el personal de mantenimiento revisaria , y no fue posible tener agua caliente, el personal del hotel asigna otro baño de otra cabaña, que quedaba lejos, pero esta era ducha eléctrica , por lo que el volumen debe ser muy poco para que caliente, entonces un poco incómodo esa parte .
