El lugar es muy agradable el ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar y las personas siempre muy atentas y amables doña Libia siempre pendiente de los que necesitamos y con disposición de ayudarnos

Lo cerca que está todo al hotel y el personal son muy amables

Cómo una mejora en mi caso el tv solo le servía YouTube y la señal del wifi es muy mala por ende se trababa a cada rato, y para estas fechas importantes de un mundial deberían tener un tv para que toda la gente del hotel pudiera ver los partidos

Hotel é bonito por fora e tem piscina boa.

Cons:

Café da manhã péssimo! Não tem como tomar café lá, tivemos que todo dia ir tomar fora. Além disso é MUITO distante do centrinho e da praia, não tem como não ir de carro e as taxas de táxi são absurdas. A cama não é confortável, o ar não esfriava e o chuveiro não tinha porta no box. O hotel tem vários gatos soltos que são agressivos inclusive. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar.

Pros:

El desayuno estaba bien, me gustó que fuera petfriendly, el aire de la habitación muy bueno. Un plus que una tener agua para tomar siempre en la recepción. El dueño muy amable (creo que era el dueño, un señor como italiano o francés) y otra chica que nos atendió una noche en la recepción muy amable. Una señora que estaba en la cocina fue muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa. La recepción muy bonita y la piscina también.

Cons:

La habitación olía demasiado a guardado lo cual me causó rinitis alérgica cada vez que llegaba a dormir, había telarañas en el techo y el baño olía demasiado a humedad y cucaracha. No me gustó que ponen jabón líquido de manos para bañarse en vez de usar jabón líquido para cuerpo o jabón en barra. Le faltaba aseo a la ducha, a las paredes y a la regadera, le pueden tallar mejor entre las baldosas y las mismas baldosas de la ducha que acumulan moho. Las cortinas olían a guardado. Un chico en la recepción no nos pareció tan amable, para ser la primera cara del hotel debería tener mejor actitud.
