Cons:

No hacen aseo a las habitaciones, hay cucarachas, goteras y filtraciones de agua, te puedes encontrar con excremento de perro al rededor de la piscina, el personal ante cualquier reclamo se molestan.

Satisfatórioa pois precisavamos de um lugar seguro e com boa cama para descansar dos passeios.
Pros:

Gostei do atendimento, principalmente da Sra Líbia. Super atenciosa e sempre buscou resolver todas as nossas necessidades. Gostei da piscina. Gostei do espaço do quarto.

Café da manhã básico servido em pratos prontos.
Higiene do quarto deficiente e com presença de insetos.
Higiene do banheiro muito deficiente e nem todos os dias tinha água quente. Por falar em água, esta tem um cheiro e um gosto horrível por ser desalinizada.

Se pudo descansar tranquilamente
Pros:

La atención fue muy buena! es un hotel que promueve los animales, por eso tiene varios perros y gatos, la habitación espectacular, es bonito, silencioso perfecto para descansar, la playa queda medianamente cerca a unas 6-7 cuadras, cerca al aeropuerto, y su personal muy servicial.

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno, aunque puede mejorar o variar, quizás los perritos ahí vigilando cuando uno come, y hay zancudos quizas por temporadas del año.

No vayan a esa pocilga por favor! Ahorren su dinero no se los van a devolver jamás!

El hotel es asqueroso, las fotos son pura IA, no vayan el sitio está súper mal ubicado, de boutique no tienen nada, no tienen absolutamente nada

you have to rent a cart to get around. It’s too far to walk to town. I would not stay there again.

I like the woman at the front desk. She was happy and helpful.

Cons:

The pool was nothing like the photos! It was not clean. It was not blue like the other places we stayed in. It was green and not taken care of. The breakfast was nothing like the other boutique hotels we stayed at 🏨 ! Care and attention needs to be given to the whole place.

Muy costoso para lo que pueden ofrecer aunque tiene mucho potencial para mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena cerca del centro y del aeropuerto, aceptan y aman a las mascotas, la comodidad de la cama fue extraordinaria.

Cons:

Tienen perros sueltos y aunque los amo, mordieron dos veces a mi perrita por lo que pasamos toda la estadía cargándola y estresados porque no sabíamos por dónde iban a salir, los desayunos de verdad pésimos: podrían mejorar muchísimo en este punto. Y lo más duro fue que toda el agua tanto de ducha, lavamanos y piscina eran salada, tocaba comprar agua para cepillarnos los dientes y lavarnos bien después de llegar del mar. Para lo que pagamos no fue lo que esperaba.
