Lugar encantador
Pros:

El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es un barrio tranquilo y seguro, cerca de la playa. La suite está bien equipada y tiene mucho espacio, y la cama es muy grande. El aire funciona perfectamente. Es pet friendly! Y tienen motos para rentar. Guardan el equipaje sin problema. Recepción 24h.

Cons:

Se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo y de la piscina. El desayuno un poco justo ya que no se puede elegir nada e incluye poco.

Pura fachada

Me gustan los perros y gatos y prácticamente todos los animales, los hay en la resección y correteando por ahí, pero ir caminando o sentarte en las sillas al lado de la piscina, mirar al lado y encontrarse con heces de perro/gato, no es nada agradable , las habitaciones nada parecidas a las de la foto, el aire acondicionado gotea dentro de la habitación, y los desayunos pesimo de verdad, dejó mucho que desear....

No es ni parecido a las fotos , la habitación tenía un montón de cosas en mal estado.. como la puerta del baño , un remache en el aire acondicionado, súper incómoda… reservamos cama doble extra grande.. y asignaron un doble normal. El ruido es horrible, todos los huéspedes se hablaban a los gritos en la mitad del hotel y no les decían nada… supuestamente la música era hasta las 9pm y estaba a todo volumen… eran las 9:40pm y seguía prendida.. y ni hablar de la pésima atención del personal de recepción groseros y cero atentos a revisar nuestra inconformidad. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo a nadie

It was awful to stay there
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't live up to what's shown in the photos.
The entire building is old, run-down, and in need of renovation.
We were assigned Room 7.
The rooms were dusty and dirty; there was hair on the floor, the shelves were dirty, and we couldn't leave our things on them.
The bathroom was very unpleasant; the tap water tasted slightly salty. There wasn’t enough shower gel to last even three nights.
The bed linens and towels were dirty and old.
The mattress was sagging. The furniture was so gross that we didn’t even want to touch it.
Some of the outlets didn’t work.

There’s no breakfast buffet—they brought us toast and an egg—that’s the whole breakfast, no choice.You can pour yourself coffee, cocoa, or artificial carbonated juice.
The pool looked downright bad and disgusting; I don’t know how people swim in it.

The neighborhood is bad, far from everything; in the evening, it’s impossible to find a restaurant nearby. You have to walk 30 minutes to get to one.

The situation was so bad that we moved to another hotel after just the first night and lost the money we'd paid for that one. Because staying there for two more nights would have ruined our vacation completely.

It is very comfortable here and it felt like staying in a home rather than a hotel.
Pros:

I read a lot of reviews about this place before I went. Everyone was correct about this hotel. I loved the bed. I LOVE THE DOGS!! They made me feel more like I was home. The dogs will definitely make me want to come here again. Don't worry, if you don't like dogs they will not chase after you.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better.

Reserva confirmada desde más de 1 mes antes, llegamos al hotel en booking seguía confirmada, nos dicen que no la tienen, en ese mismo momento la cancelan, nos llega un correo de la cancelación, en San Andres sin hotel, se contactó a soporte de Booking y nos dieron la razón de que en todo momento ellos nunca la cancelaron, y que el manager del hotel no quiso solucionar nada.
