Pros:

Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich. Wir bekamen keine Handtücher, um zum Pool zu gelangen. Wir mussten die Handtücher aus dem Hotel mitnehmen, mit dem wir auch vorher geduscht hatten.

Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Decepcionante, esperábamos un lugar mejor

El personal fue muy amable, llegamos muchas horas antes del check in y nos guardaron las valijas. Y lo mismo cuando nos fuimos.

Cons:

El lugar en general es muy distinto a las fotos. En la publicación no muestran la realidad de todas las habitaciones. La suite “de lujo” tiene las ventanas tapadas con contact negro por lo que no hay luz natural en la habitación, ni vistas al jardín como dice. La cama es dura, las almohadas apelmazadas.
Y aunque la muchacha del aseo era muy simpática no limpiaba el baño. Y las toallas nos la cambiaron una sola vez en una semana.

Al intentar conectar el velador me dio una descarga eléctrica porque el adaptador estaba completamente quemado y con el metal expuesto al contacto directo. Se nota que no le dan mantenimiento a esa habitación por lo menos.

Decepción. No imagine tan mal desayuno y en relación es caro el alojamiento

El desayuno super escaso. Ni siquiera servían pan tostado. Reclamé y me dijeron que no lo podían tostar. Había muchos perros y gatos en el hotel.

Es cómodo y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y sin ruido. El personal es muy atento en especial la señora Libia que siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros.
