Er wordt alles aan gedaan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Heerlijk rustig, mooi verwarmd zwembad .
Pros:

Topservice van alle medewerkers!
Mooie oude villa in koloniale stijl. Kamer, bed en douche prima!
Ongelooflijk uitgebreid en overheerlijk ontbijt!!

Cons:

Het was net zo druk in het hotel, dat was jammer.

Pros:

beautiful property with professional service. they delighted our expectation by arranging a candlelight dinner. food was excellent. room is very clean and spacious. heated swimming pool with city view is great.

Great location, helpful staff and a well maintained property.
Pros:

Our stay was very comfortable. The place is located right next to Victoria park on an elevation giving great views of Nuwara Eliya.

Things that make this a must book are its amazing facilities, helpful staff and a generous breakfast served in the lovely property gardens

I enjoyed the area but the hotel was just dated and not very good.
Cons:

It was pretty chaotic. Food was mediocre. We were only guests there and it all felt quite desperate. They tried hard but it just was not very good.

Pros:

This is a 7 Stars luxury B&B hotel occupying a historical building built by the British. The staff were amazing very talented and professional. The breakfast was royal standard. Guest rooms, dining room and other facilities are of top quality. The hotel is not suitable for families with children it is a great choice for honeymooners, single travelers and couples.

Pros:

We stayed at this lovely hotel during December 2025. That evening we were the only guests in the wonderful boutique hotel. The wonderful and incredibly friendly staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and cozy. With a heated pool and a room with a jacuzzi, a wonderful dinner and a delicious and satisfying breakfast in the hotel garden, facing the mountain view and the horse track, we felt really great! . Highly recommended!

Nice stay in a regal building
Pros:

We stayed here for one night during our stay in Nura Eliya. The hotel is a smart building. The room was very comfortable with a four-poster bed and a bathroom with a hot tub. It’s also located very close to Lake Gregory and several tea plantations.

It was my partner’s birthday and the staff arranged a cake for her and breakfast and sang happy birthday. A very nice touch.

Nice place, would recommend.
