Pros:

Staff nice and helpful. Good location for proximity to the parks.

Cons:

The whole hotel looks shabby and dated. Shared areas look not clean.
The aircon unit in the room is noisy even when turned off.

Wonderful stay all around ! Everytime

The rooms are impeccably clean - the staff is courteous and friendly - the front desk staff is understanding & professional - I love to stay at Aloft Lake Buena Vista it is my go to when I visit the parks !

Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede centrale ligging tussen de Disney en de Univesral pretparken.

Cons:

We hadden dit verblijf geboekt omwille van de shuttle dienst naar de pretparken en het ontbijt. Beiden vielen echter tegen, er is slechts één shuttle per dag naar/van de parken op uren die niet overeenstemmen met de openingsuren van de parken. Voor Disneyworld word je bij Epcot afgezet en dien je nog een heel traject af te leggen waardoor je pas laat in het park bent. We hadden voor het boeken naar de shuttle dienst geïnformeerd, maar er werd ons toen meegedeeld dat we deze info pas ter plaatse kregen.

Ook het ontbijt stelt niets voor, je krijgt dagelijks een budget waarmee je een hamburger, ei, cinnamon roll of havermout kunt kiezen. Mits tussenkomst van booking.com hebben we het ontbijt nog kunnen annuleren.
