Hotel Confortável e Próximo aos parques da Disney
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo aos parques da Disney, em 15 minutos estávamos dentro dos parques. Também fica a 9 minutos do Wallmart de carro e como alugamos um, ficou muito fácil andar pela cidade. Para fazer coisas a pé acaba ficando mais longe. Realmente tudo muito perto, o local mais longe que fomos foi o outlet premium que está a 25 min de distância. As camas são bem confortáveis, o chuveiro bem quentinho e com ótima pressão da água, diferente do que vi em alguns comentários aqui no booking. Na recepção foram todos muito educados, inclusive um Brasileiro que agora não me recordo o nome que fica no turno da noite nos deu muitas dicas e foi atencioso com nossa família.

Cons:

A limpeza não era feita todos os dias, e em um dos dias ficou faltando uma toalha de banho. Mas também nada que desabone o hotel.
Não ter café da manhã foi algo que fez falta, eles tem disponível para comprar na recepção algumas opções de lanches, mas nada que um Brasileiro considere para café da manhã. Fez muita falta. A diária de estacionamento do hotel é cara.
A iluminação de noite no quarto era ruim, apenas com pendentes laterais com baixa luminosidade, algo bem agradável para descansar, mas não chegando dos parques.
Algo que aconteceu que me deixou muito aflita, é que 1 semana antes recebi um e-mail cancelando minha reserva, dizendo que estavam em reforma e que precisariam cancelar, e quando entrei em contato com o Booking (que foram extremamente competentes no atendimento, vale um elogio) tentaram resolver e me disseram que o hotel havia alegado overbooking, no dia seguinte recebi um e-mail falando q realmente havia sido cancelado, então fiz uma reserva em outro hotel as pressas, e no outro dia chegou outro e-mail falando que como eu já havia pagado a diária eles cumpririam a reserva, ok cancelei o outro hotel e permaneci com eles, chegando em orlando assim que pousamos recebi um e-mail com a seguinte mensagem: Devido a um problema inesperado de inundação, nossas Suítes Duplas restantes precisam de manutenção e estarão totalmente reparadas até amanhã. Por esta noite, iremos acomodá-lo em um quarto duplo padrão.
​Como compensação pelo inconveniente, a tarifa de hoje terá um desconto de 50%. Este ajuste será coordenado diretamente com o provedor de reserva (site/agência) e processado em um prazo de 3 a 5 dias.
Por fim fiquei tensa o tempo inteiro com tamanha desorganizaçao e só consegui relaxar já quando estávamos instalados no quarto.
Até agora não houve nenhum ressarcimento e também não nos mudaram de quarto.

I showed up and they overbooked so the sent me to a hampton inn up the street. I still have not
received a final invoice after a month of back and forth. They had zero empathy even though I noted when I would arriving down to the exact time.

Paying $27 a night for parking. There are no other convenient options. We are already staying at the hotel, charging parking is like ultimately charging an additional entire day if you stay 3 days or more. Makes it not economical or as money saving as they "sell you on"
