Terrible experience
Pros:

nothing

Cons:

I showed up and they overbooked so the sent me to a hampton inn up the street. I still have not
received a final invoice after a month of back and forth. They had zero empathy even though I noted when I would arriving down to the exact time.

Parking charge is a scam. All the hotels are the same but what a joke. Any savings you think you are making you end up loosing when parking adds up.

Cons:

Paying $27 a night for parking. There are no other convenient options. We are already staying at the hotel, charging parking is like ultimately charging an additional entire day if you stay 3 days or more. Makes it not economical or as money saving as they "sell you on"

My stay was OK.
Pros:

My room was very clean, but I had a very stinky smell in it like stale and musty.
The last night I was there when I had to be at school that morning the fire alarm went off the fire department had to come and we had to wait outside. It was like five 5:30 in the morning.

Cons:

The only thing I really had an issue with was the smell of my room. It was very clean as I already stated, but it just was very stinky.

Very clean hotel. Gloria/Glenda (forgot her name) was so helpful and sweet checking us in. Super clean rooms and very quiet. Hotel is in a wonderful location. Near Disney and the outlets. Enjoyed our stay

Pros:

Easy access to parks, while still being close by to cool restaurants, the whole area seems like it’s getting more developed, which only means more cool stuff to come!

Cons:

Parking at the hotel was PACKED! Maybe because we overlapped during a long weekend, so the hotel was at max occupancy, but we came back around 11:00pm one night and ended up having to park in the overflow lot next door.

Adding the cost of everything added to the stay there is no value for the money. Stay away from that property

Agradable hotel muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Fue muy agradable quedarse en este hotel, personal agradable y siempre con ánimo de ayudar al cliente, cuartos con camas cómodas, baños limpias y amplios

Cons:

Los cuartos no tenía closet, donde guardar las maletas, no había papelera fuera del baño, y faltaban toallas suficientes para los huéspedes (esto último fue solucionado rápidamente con una llamada a recepción)

Ac kept working even when turned off, froze there and could barely sleep, asked for assistance and after 24 hours passed with no team checking on the room, I decided to check out early, and they promised last night refund and did not give it to me !!! Shame on you !
