Loved the staff. The room was great. The hotel is super cute breakfast was decent. Rooftop bar was awesome!
Being right off the highway was noisy 🫩
The lobby was open 24 hrs with complimentary coffee and bot chocolate. The guest were able to mingle in the lobby, the bar in the hotel was very convenient with appetizers. Staff was so nice including house keeping. Breakfast was amazing!!
We didnt get extra towels the next day, I know we could of gone and asked for them.

The noisy highway made it hard to sleep.

The rooms were booked through booking.com, but when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our reservations. After and hour, we were informed that there were no rooms available for our stay, so the reservation was cancelled. I was then charged for 1 night for both rooms reserved, even though the rooms were cancelled before they were ever assigned. I want my money back.
The room was really big, and it was really clean. There was a cool bar on floor 9.
The staff isn’t very friendly, and the location is very loud. It’s right off the highway, all day and all night it’s noisy from the cars. It’s also loud from the bar upstairs since it’s open to the public. Parking isn’t great since people are coming for the bar too, they try to section off a small part for the hotel but that’s just not enough parking spots for the guest. Won’t be back for those reasons.
