There’s nothing wrong about the property. Everything was great.., but
The staff need to educate other guests in the hotel that after 11 PM families need to keep their kids quiet without running on the hallway screaming like if they’re in a zoo! This happened all the way to 2 AM. Keep coming out of the rooms and screaming in the hallway even though they call the staff many times finally after 2 AM it got quiet. They need to realize that I’m going their own business and have meetings at early a.m. at 7 o’clock and sleeping is essential.
Hotel is close to just about anything in the downtown Dallas area and right next to Medieval Times
I liked the property but I had no idea how loud the traffic would be being right next to the Interstate
The staff. My room also wasn’t stocked with soap and body wash
Access to major driving routes and large lounge area on the first floor.
Nearness to the freeway meant that the traffic noise was constant. I understood why a white noise unit was provided in each room.
The Supervisor of the location was super helpful and informative!
You can hear everything in the hallway and the cars on the highway from inside the rooms. Stinky rooms. Too many people in and out and no parking spot available for hotel guests due to the rooftop bar being so crowded.
Staff could care less about your needs.
The breakfast is not good
Full breakfast was delicious. Pancake machine made a long line but everything else was replenished quickly. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar was so nice when coming back later and needing a beverage. Check in was quick and routines
I know the hotel provides ear plugs and a noise machine but wow it really is loud.
I usually prefer waffles but the pancakes were pretty good!
If I must pick anything, maybe just a few more creamer options on the coffee bar!
The room we stayed in was clean and the staff was kind.
The parking situation and there only being 2 elevators that move extremely slow made this a bad experience for me and my friend.
Its a hotel, so it ranks with a normal hotel.
The Staff was truly amazed at the professionalism and grace they served and DEALT with patrons. The bar on the roof was a lot to contend with on their behalf. Hotel was not suited for the bar.
I had a problem with front desk about the parking. I was never told I was going to be charged for the parking or my friend. The problem was how I was told about the situation.
The Manager was very courteous and resolved the issue,.
Great location. Very clean. Comfy bed.
