It’s all really smartly done here, from the architecture to the furniture. The food was also really good. But the best aspect of this property is the staff. I had erred in booking the hotel for a wrong date, and the staff at the reception went out of their way to accommodate my request to manage the situation. And this attitude is visible across all sections of the property. Even the restaurant staff, highly overworked, yet always present, and courteous. I had a really, really comfortable stay. Thank you

Изначально цена на проживание в этом отеле показалась мне несколько завышенной, однако очень подкупало расположение, поэтому я добавил его в избранное, и каждый день мониторил стоимость. Как только цена опустилась до приемлемого уровня, я тут же оформил бронь.
Великолепное расположение (особенно если вы приезжаете или уезжаете на поезде) — это далеко не единственное преимущество. Качество сервиса здесь на высоте и действительно стремится к европейским стандартам. В отеле чисто, а персонал очень любезен и готов помочь по любому вопросу.
Мне организовали поездку по городу на авто от отеля: я посетил форт и дворец, а в качестве бонуса получил опцию позднего выезда. Конечно, ценник был несколько выше, чем если бы я договаривался с водителями сам, но за сервис и спокойствие нужно платить. Номер просто супер: современный дизайн с отличной настройкой освещения, прекрасным душем, стабильным wifi, и великолепной кроватью. После длительного перелета и поезда из Дели я был на пике удовольствия. На завтрак съел глазунью, выпил кофе и был готов к покорению местных достопремичательностей.
Приятный бонус отеля - прямо рядом находится торговый центр с фудкортом (если вдруг надоела местная кухня), а через дорогу - аутентичная пивнуха, где можно отлично скоротать время бахнув Kingfisher'a с местным пьяницами в ожидании поезда. Однозначно рекомендую!

Cons:

Жаль, что нет классического рабочего места, но это не стало проблемой, я вполне уместился за журнальным столиком, в какой-то степени это было даже уютнее. Вид из окна так же довольно специфичен - на свалку старых автомобилей для вывозы мусора. Будьте готовы к ценам на экскурсии выше рынка. Но в целом все было прекрасно.

I felt the pricing was very fair given the amenities and the level of service provided. Its tucked away enough to be quiet, but close enough to the main sights like the fort truly a 5 star experience at a 4- star price point. The staff were incredibly polite and handled a late check-in without any fuss. Special thanks Lavisha,Govind & Akhilesh( HK) The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of local and continental options. Definitely my go-to spot in Gwalior from now on.
