Propert itself was good.

Cons:

There was a bill of about Rs 316 for tea/snacks etc. They let my guests checkout wothiut settling the bill. Then they realised that the bill wasn’t paid. So they rang me in the middle of a anniversary function and literally threatened me that if the bill wasn’t settled by that evening itself, they wouldn’t consider the checkout complete and I would be charged thousands for an additional day worth of stay. I explained them that I was in the middle of f a function and asked them to wait till the next day. They simply threatened for additional charges.

Very bad experience due to this. Something needs improvement :

Its a good well managed hotel

Cons:

The staff at the restaraunt was rude. They were behaving like the cut off deadline for bfast is cast in stone. Most staff help out customers who come in late but some of the staff was acting like they are government employees and not in the service industry

Worst Stay. Disappointing.

Cons:

The shabby curtains, poor quality. Carpet, suffocation in room, high sound of AC with foul smell, stinking pillows, stains on bed sheets and towels, very limited breakfast items. Charges were extremely high i.e. 9.5 K one night. A big NO for this hotel. I have given feedback to reception too. Unhygienic and high price. A brand like Radisson should certainly look into this.

Easy pick for stay in Gwalior
Pros:

Comfortable room of good size, good breakfast, friendly staff. The location is right inside a mall and the train station is 200m away. Plenty of rickshaw / taxis available and all the sights are within 20-30 minute distance.
