Soulis Hotel

Very clean cozy hotel, with a nice swimming pool area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don’t give them a 5 just because there’s no shuttle bus service from the Port and it’s quite far from it (and taking a taxi is expensive since there aren’t public buses going all the way there). Other than that, everything was very pleasant. Breakfast service was also very good compared to other hotels.

Nicolas, the receptionist, was very professional and helpful. He was able to answer all our requests during our stay. Otherwise, the breakfast wasn't great because there wasn't much choice and the coffee didn't taste like coffee. Well, not great! Thank you again, dear Nicolas.

Has swimming pool but no proper parking space.
Staff is helpful and friendly. We had a big apartment.

Esperienza abbastanza deludente,
Unica nota positiva del posto, è molto bello esteticamente e la piscina è comoda.
Parto col dire che abbiamo preso un appartamento, visto che ogni tanto volevamo prepararci pranzo o cena, ma quando arriviamo notiamo che non c'è nulla in cucina, ne il piano cottura, né posate, piatti e bicchieri. In fase di prenotazione abbiamo visto sia le foto della cucina, sia il fatto che era specificato. Chiediamo al responsabile il perché, e ci dice che una volta è andato in corto circuito per dei turisti che hanno lasciato l'acqua a bollire troppo e quindi è uscita andando su una presa. Senza senso...
Abbiamo parlato con altri turisti e almeno altre 6 persone si sono stupite della cosa, insieme al fattore pulizie...
Le pulizie NON vengono fatte, non cambiano gli asciugamani e non riforniscono il sapone in bagno.
Come molti altri abbiamo chiesto se potessero farle, ma và ricordato OGNI giorno, al terzo giorno ci hanno solo cambiato gli asciugamani senza pulire nulla. Noi in 4 abbiamo preso una stanza con un letto matrimoniale e due singoli, i due letti singoli sono posizionati in un soppalco molto scomodo e basso, di un altezza di circa 1,50 cm, sicuramente comodo per dei bambini, ma non per un qualsiasi adulto. La colazione è abbastanza scarsa, plum cake del discount, pane a fette di qualche giorno prima e succhi diluiti dal dubbio gusto, non terribile, ma visto il posto non mi aspettavo una colazione del genere.

Bonito lugar para pasar unos días tranquilos. Cerca de sitios de interés y al mismo tiempo lejos para poder relajarte de la masa de gente del verano en Santorini.

From the beginning the staff was very friendly and welcoming ensure our stay was going to be in their hands. Breakfast in the morning was very diverse with many options. There is a beach in walking distance that is very peaceful and relaxing. My group enjoyed our stay and were able to feel safe at this property.

Hotel simples, porém confortável. Funcionários atenciosos. A TV não funcionava.

Wouldn’t recommend!
Hygiene not good..Stayed with family and one by one all my family members started to get sick.. stomach aches .. fever etc.
Lizards wandering around in corridors.. even around pools..
Bed uncomfortable.. springs picking out and been hurting my back.
Breakfast space not air conditioned .. no toasters .. hard and cold pieces of bread.
No internet in rooms can you imagine?
The loft room for kids .. no AC working we had to squeeze younger two on our bed downstairs and the oldest one couldn’t sleep properly at night.
No parking.. just park outside on side of road.
Very bad experience with family!!
Things are broken.drawers and window lock don’t work properly.
Tap water is so salty and dirty you can’t rinse .. can’t brush , wash your face.and yes lots of Antsss!

Chambre très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner continental très complet. La proximité de la route n'est pas dérangeante dans les chambres.

We had a great time at this property. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager Kostas went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. He was very friendly, organized, and always available to help us with all of our inquiries. He made everything from beginning to end feel like a breeze. We are very pleased we stayed at Soulis apartments.

Our week vacation was amazing. The hotel, service, accommodation was perfect. Kostas, the manager is so good and professional. The same was Angelina. They made us feel like home and provide with good advice regarding Santorini. The breakfast was so fresh and good. The hotel is well maintained and so beautiful. If you looking for real feel of Santorini book this hotel.

Abords très bien: jardin, piscine, chambres pas à la hauteur, pas d équipement minimum en vaisselle pour un sois disant apart hôtel, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, sois disant pour des pbs de réseau alors que l'on capte internet sans pb, petit déjeuner nul, aucune restauration minimale
