Annas House

We love the location of this hotel, it’s a short walk to the beach or into the main square. The hotel is not over crowded and has a separate children’s pool that is lovely and quiet too. It is the 2nd time we have stayed and again we were not disappointed.

Room was not the same that was shown in the pictures in website. Room was not modern. Air condition was terrible and room was way too hot (in August). Room smelled like mold. In my opinion this hotel was two stars maximum, definitely not four.

Hotel staff was quite unpolite. They had also messed up our reservation and kicked us out two days too early, even though we had clearly agreed the duration of our stay (in writing).

We will never stay in this hotel again.

Super Lage etwas außerhalb vom Ort, deshalb nicht bei den ganzen Touristen aber trotzdem in Fussreichweite von Strand und den Guten Tavernen im Ort.

Pas de séjour. Réservation non respectée par cet hôtel et ceci sans raison valable. Nous avons du trouver un autre hôtel en catastrophe. Scandaleux !

Nous avons réservé une villa 6 places (100 m2) au Anna´s House.
Arrivés sur place on nous a conduit dans un petit appartement avec une seule chambre et lits d'appoints dans le salon. Quand nous avons protesté, le responsable a répondu de manière non aimable qu'il y avait eu une erreur, mais que l'on serait surclassé le lendemain. La chambre était correcte, mais lits non faits, pas de wifi, propreté moyenne.
Le lendemain nous avons été conduits dans un autre hôtel à 300 le Sunday Beach hotel. Celui-ci dispose de villas beaucoup plus petites, près d'une piscine mais également de la route. Cet hôtel ne dispose ni de réception, ni de bar restaurant : il faut se rendre au Anna´s house (pas non plus de téléphone). La literie est de qualité, mais le ménage est approximatif (les femmes de ménages ne changent pas l'eau entre les appartements !) et la piscine n'est nettoyée que lorsque les résidents se plaignent.
il s'avère que la plupart des autres résidents du SB Hotel semblent avoir subi la même aventure. La description du SB Hotel sur leur site ne correspond pas a la réalité : 1 salle de bain au lieu de 2, pas de lave-vaisselle, dimensions inexactes, pas de table ni chaise pour les repas (une simple table basse)...
Le personnel est inutile et désagréable (pour chaque sujet il faut attendre le responsable qui est souvent absent et surtout profondément antipathique, allant jusqu'à vérifier que nous nous préparions bien à partir le dernier matin).

Had a lovely week staying at Anna's House. It was our first with our little girl and a great pick for location and hotel. The room itself was modern, very clean and kept that way throughout the week we stayed. We rented a luxury apartment which was a room with lounge, small kitchenette facility and bathroom. From the description we were happy with what we got, however once main reason was to stay self catering - something which we were perhaps miss sold on due to very basic kitchen. Utensils were non existent and you basically had a few plates, cutlery and a couple of pans making it ridiculous to attempt preparing meals. The bar which was advertised was also CLOSED!!!! Not happy with this and needs to be removed from advertising if it stays like it. We couldn't get any food from here either even though it was advertised also - they only seem to serve a basic breakfast. The owner it seems is a little lazy and stuck in their ways. The town was a 10 minute walk which was perfect which had good restaurants and food options which we went for each evening, we had no other choice. Would recommend to stay but don't book for food / bar options.

Great place to stay, clean room and modern fittings / layout. The hotel is a 10 minute walk out of town but not too far away and is worth the secluded feeling especially when relaxing by the pool.

Overbooked when we arrived - had to stay in alternative accommodation for first night of holiday.

Management of complex seem to have issues with overbooking - number of people moved around complex/moved to different apartments.

Greit, nytt lite hotel. Ligger ca. 10 min fra by og strand. Rommene så veldig fine ut, men hadde harde senger. Bare et laken til å ha over seg ble litt lite, da det var vanskelig å få klimaannlegget perfekt om natten. Manglet småting som brødrister, opptrekker etc. Lite basseng på fellesområdet. Hyggelig personale, med manager som gjorde allt.

Lovely apartments, ours were in a new block, very comfortable bed, kitchen wasn't that well equipped, but everything else great. Breakfasts a bit restrictive, no real facilities outside of breakfast time but very comfortable and well located overlooking farm and mountains 10 min walk to tavernas and beaches. A little expensive given the facilities.

Kleine Anlage mit nettem Flair. Viele Familien mit Kindern.

I was in a villa with the family (2 adults + 3 kids) for a week and we had a great time there. The location is 500m off the Georgioupolis town and it's really quiet. The appartments are quite new and were cleaned every day.

The staff was quite helpful and absolutely recommended for relax or as a base to explore the center/west side of the island (Hania, Rethimnon, the gorges in the south, etc.), so definitely a thumbs up here :-)
