The location

Cons:

I’ve stayed here before and always had good experiences, but this visit fell short. The room wasn’t properly maintained,doors wouldn’t close properly, the sinks drained slowly, and the water took around 15 minutes to heat up. The cleaning also left something to be desired.

When I raised my concerns with the front desk manager, he was dismissive and questioned what I said without even bothering to check.

To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for 3 nights but had to cut my stay short by one night due to a personal matter. The hotel refused to offer any credit for the unused night which felt unreasonable given the circumstances.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the property clearly has potential based on my previous visits.

Definitely worth a one night stay with all activities and amenities around the cloud7 residence
Pros:

location is surely great, very nice apartment, multiple breakfast options and within fair distance from the rooms

Cons:

Check in experience was not nice at all.
It is mostly Booking.com fault, however I did not like how the property dealt with it as it took around 1 hour to sort it out and I did not feel good welcoming vibes as the property were mainly focused on charging me extra fees and neither Booking.com AI agent nor Booking.com Customer care staff were helpful at all which was quite shocking to me!
The property reception told me that booking failed to contact them to update the booking missing ages for 2 children and actually sent them a request to cancel the second night instead. Surely impacted my booking.com experience and trust.
However, the lady at the reception Nansi thankfully helped to sort it out.

The Checkout experience was also long (~25 minutes) because the property took some time to check that no damage is caused and to return the insurance deposit afterwards.
