From the dirty bathroom to free access to Regency that did not work, to the broken Ac and the uncomfortable beds. To the high noise and teenagers who were allowed to drink alcohol and mix after mid night that I was seriously scared for the safety of my kids and mine

The hotel did a fantastic job in attending to our every need. Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a deluxe apartment and the staff were extremely welcoming and polite. Nancy is particular was available to us continuously, a phone call away, she really took care of everything from booking a barbecue at the apartment, to transportation and watersports - she truly was amazing. The apartment was located right above the marina with an unobstructed view. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay and I would definitely book a stay again with Cloud7.

Amazing
Pros:

Its very comfortable and very clean, all staff are helpful and can communicate in both English and arabic. Tariq was the best, he is the manager and he is always around and always smiling. Beds were amazing and all bathrooms and room was perfectly clean.
