Cons:

There is no area where you can sit inside except for breakfast time. If you are travelleing for work, you have no option to open your computer somewhere after you check out.
Also all rooms' doors open to outside, therefore it can get cold expecially at night. You should run the ac on heat because there is no other option.

Camera evidentemente mai arieggiata, male odorante e mai pulita a fondo.
Polvere ovunque, con ragnatele in ogni angolo delle pareti.
Bagno piccolo e scomodo.
Mancanza ascensore.

Pros:

Die gute Lage direkt an der Abfahrt der Autobahn. Wir nutzen das Hotel gerne auf der Durchreise. Nach einem Spaziergang gibt es die Möglichkeit im Restaurant Paesana gut zu essen. Schallisolierte Fenster.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist am Rande Berlins, direkt am Berliner Ring. Daher sehr gute Lage. Ausreichende Grösse des Appartments und des Bads. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel. Mc Donalds in unmittelbarer Nähe und daher fussläufig zu erreichen. Rezeptionisten waren ok. TV funktionierte. Fön vorhanden. Hund war erlaubt.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Lift.

Für 1-2 Nächte empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Aufteilung im Zimmer mit den Betten. Außerdem gab es keine Mängel an der Ausstattung. Die gute Lage für verschiedene Ausflüge

Cons:

Da das Hotel offen ist war es recht kühl, sobald man das Zimmer verließ. Auch die Flugzeuge konnte man Nachts recht gut hören. Was mich persönlich gestört hat, waren die teilweise stark quietschenden Türen und der Zigarettengeruch der leider ins Zimmer gezogen ist. ( Offenbar hatten wir Zimmernachbarn die ab 5 Uhr morgens halbstündlich vor der Tür rauchen mußten)

Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab genügend Auswahl. Matratze war gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit auf dem Boden im Zimmer. Hier muss definitiv auch mal hinter den Türen gesaugt werden. Zudem war der Unterstoff des Bettes gerissen und hing runter. Parkgebühren waren extra

Nach meinem Empfinden eher ein Motel als ein richtiges Hotel
Pros:

Leider nicht viel.
Beim Frühstück konnten die Kinder in einer Ecke spielen. Es gab eine ziemlich große Auswahl an Spielsachen und Büchern. War praktisch aber es waren auch elektronische Sachen dabei dir Lieder oder Gesang abgespielt haben - nicht gerade schön für die anderen Gäste die ohne Kinder in Ruhe essen möchten.

Cons:

Als Familie mit 3 Kindern mussten wir 2 Zimmer buchen und uns wurden keine Zimmer nebeneinander gegeben. Sondern auf 2 unterschiedlichen Etagen.
Parkplatz musste man mit 8 Euro für 24 Stunden zahlen.
Ein Zimmer welches uns zugeteilt wurde roch so heftig nach Kiff. Da konnte ich mit meinem Sohn nicht drin schlafen. Haben uns ein neues Zimmer geben lassen. Anstandslos aber interessiert hat es das Personal auch nicht wirklich, obwohl überall Rauchverbot in den Zimmern ist. Beim Thema Sauberkeit müßte noch etwas verbessert werden.
