Pros:

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Pongauerhof som familie med to voksne og to børn. Fra det øjeblik vi ankom, blev vi mødt af utroligt venlige og imødekommende ejere, som gjorde alt for, at vi skulle føle os velkomne.

Hotellet er perfekt til børnefamilier. Der er en lille legeplads, et hyggeligt indendørs legerum samt høns og kaniner, som vores børn elskede at besøge. Den naturlige swimmingpool er virkelig skøn, og de komfortable solsenge gjorde det nemt også for de voksne at slappe af.

Morgenmaden var lækker med et fint udvalg, og det var en særlig oplevelse at få friske æg fra hotellets egne høns. Man kan virkelig mærke, at der bliver lagt kærlighed i hele oplevelsen.

Servicen var helt i top gennem hele opholdet, og den varme, personlige atmosfære gjorde, at vi følte os hjemme. Vi kan varmt anbefale Pongauerhof til både familier og andre, der ønsker et afslappende ophold i smukke omgivelser. Vi kommer meget gerne igen!

vse bylo perfektni, kazdy den cisto a uklizeno, nove rucniky. skvela snidane z lokalnich produktu. a zamestnanci byli vsichni uzasni, napomocni a moc mili vcetne majitelu. flachau pro nas byla skvela destinace, perfektni vyziti pro deti a skvely vychozi bod na vylety. celkovy pobyt byl skvely a moc jsme si ho uzili a urcite mame v planu se vratit.

Ud over aftensmaden og baren, var alt helt ok.
Pros:

lækkert hotel med poolndet sted

Cons:

vi kom kl 16.30-17 og kunne ikke få aftensmad i deres redtaurant, da den skullle bestilles om morgenen.
Ok så må vi prøve dagen efter. Men der var kun et ret og med fisk, som enn af os ikke spiser. Så de gik glip af to besøg pga deres specielle regler.
Da vi så måtte spise et andet stef og kom tilbage kl 21.20 så var baren lukket. Så trods vores ønsker, så fik de ingen ekstra omsætning fra os. Kan det være en god forretning?

Ubytovanie bolo perfektné, čisté, bazén bol úžasný a raňajky vynikajúce. Okolie veľmi pekne a priestory recepcie a jedálne o čosi modernejšie ako izby. Wellness 4 sauny. Odporúčam.

Cons:

V kúpeľni pri umývadle nebolo žiadne mydlo.
