Fantastische locatie en goede, nette kamers en behulpzaam personeel. Verwacht alleen geen 5***** franje, alles is goed maar basic.
Ingang, receptie en restaurant kunnen met weinig moeite iets mooier/gezelliger gemaakt worden.
Very good Hotel and nice rooms, perfect location for a city trip (close to Metro and inside the old city center).
Staff is very helpful, they even packed me a breakfast bag as I left in the morning before breakfast.
Breakfast was wonderful (international and Greek food options).

I would rate the hotel 4 stars, not 5. The room management app was intermittently unusable. On our last day, the air conditioning in the room didn't work, and it was unbearable! The temperature was 28 degrees! When I called reception, they told me they couldn't do anything because the system had crashed and it wouldn't work until the programmer arrived in the morning. I don't think that's 5-star service! Opening the window was impossible because the street was noisy from the bar nearby. Furthermore, the hotel's soundproofing was also very poor, which was disturbing.
