Die spezielle Art der Einrichtung
The staffs are friendly. Experience is interesting as the hotel lobby decoration is retro but in the rooms the style is very artistic. The restaurant at 7th floor has nice view and food. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Top location
Positiv hervorzuheben sind der besondere Flair und das moderne Ambiente des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet, sauber und bieten – je nach Lage – einen tollen Ausblick. Besonders überzeugt hat mich das Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist groß und vielfältig, auch für Vegetarier und Veganer gibt es viele passende Optionen.
Weniger positiv war der Check-in-Prozess. Der Self-Check-in funktionierte kaum bzw. gar nicht, sodass zusätzliche Unterstützung erforderlich war. Zudem war mein Zimmer um 14 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig, obwohl das Zimmer meines Kollegen bereits verfügbar war. Ein alternatives Zimmer konnte man mir leider ebenfalls nicht anbieten.
Das Personal wirkte überwiegend eher zurückhaltend bis teilweise unfreundlich und insgesamt recht langsam bzw. sehr gelassen in der Arbeitsweise. Außerdem fehlten auf dem Zimmer jegliche Getränke, was ich in dieser Hotelkategorie als kleinen Nachteil empfunden habe.
Sehr schönes Zimmer, alles sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, man hörte kaum Lärm von draußen oder von den anderen Zimmern, viel Ausstattung in der Lobby (zB Bücher, Spiele)

The family room I got was just amazing. It was big, luminous with big windows and a balcony. It was super cozy and very nicely decorated. I truly loved the room! I wish I would have had my 6 year old son with me, he would have enjoyed staying in one of the bunk beds. Nice breakfast and a very comfortable bed. Can truly recommend this for families! Big plus for super nice receptionists who were very helpful accommodating my needs and wishes.
I first had booked a cube room and it was next to the amusement park, so it was noisy and felt very restless. Otherwise, the room looked great and was very cozy with a fantastic light from the sunset. However, I spoke to the receptionist who was extremely helpful and gave me another room (the family room was the only one available) for my 5 nights long stay.
I didn't like the noise and the restless environment because of the amusement park in that side of the building. I was not too pleased with the location since it was far from the city center. However, many nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Мы остались очень довольны своим выбором! На первом этаже отеля находится уютное кафе и множество зон для отдыха. Здесь царит очень приятная атмосфера: много молодежи, настольные игры, виниловые проигрыватели, отличная музыка. На ресепшене всегда были сотрудники — очень дружелюбные, стильные и готовые помочь.
На крыше расположен бар-ресторан с потрясающим видом на город — отличное место, чтобы провести вечер.
Сам номер небольшой, но очень уютный и продуманный, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Расположение тоже прекрасное: в самом городе, близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям, ресторанам и транспорту.
С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!
