Cons:

Il bagno che si è allagato per una perdita e per la doccia che permetteva l’acqua di far uscire. Vieni insieme il bagno era veramente obsoleto
Le dimensioni della camera erano assai ridotte. Nell’insieme il costo era decisamente alto per quello che la struttura offre.

Prachtige hotel met leuk personeel.
Pros:

De receptioniste was heel erg vriendelijk. Werd goed ontvangen en geholpen. De schoonmaakster was ook erg behulpzaam. De locatie was prachtig. Je had van alles in de buurt. Het ontbijt was gewoon normaal. Zeker de moeite waard om weer terug te komen.

Cons:

De kussens van het bed waren een beetje te hard. Ze hadden wel wat zachter gekund.

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer.
Großes Bad.
Wasserkocher und 2 Beutel Tee.
Betten sehr bequem.
Kostenlos Parken in der Nähe möglich.

Cons:

Wer es ruhig mag, naja. Zimmer direkt zur lauten Straße. Wir sind in Marokko und da ist's oft laut.
Frühstück eine große Enttäuschung. Buffet. Produkte aus dem Supermarkt. Der arabische Tee falsch zubereitet, weil bitter.
Das Personal bemüht...
Und ob man nach Rabat soll, eine andere Frage. Mein Tipp Fes.

Het ontbijt.

Cons:

Wij hebben een kamer geboekt die totaal niet overeenkwam met wat we kregen. Het hotelpersoneel schoof alle schuld af op Booking.com en wilde geen enkele compensatie bieden. Ondanks herhaaldelijke verzoeken, zowel persoonlijk als per e-mail (waarop nooit is gereageerd), weigerden ze mee te denken of iets op te lossen. Booking.com heeft mij zelfs bewijs gestuurd dat mijn e-mail wel degelijk is ontvangen, maar het hotel blijft dit ontkennen. De manager was brutaal, onbeleefd en totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Hij is alleen uit op geld en winst in plaats van de klanttevredenheid. De badkamer was bovendien vies en onhygiënisch (zie foto’s). Dit hotel is zijn geld absoluut niet waard en ik raad het niemand aan!

Cons:

- J ai pas trouve ou me garer le voiturier ma trouvé une place dans la rue en face que jai du payer au gardien le lendemain
- Le petit dejeuner nest pas du meme niveau qu il etait

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. It is located within 15 min walking distance of Arrabat shopping mall and Al Medina Stadium. Staff were also nice and accommodating. We were able to be checked in 2 hrs earlier than the official time - which we appreciated a lot!

Cons:

The lift had the mind of its own and never came when called. We resorted to using the steps to our second floor room.
