Pros:

Location is close to downtown dallas.
You can hear people talking from the other room.
Rook size is good for back packers.

Overall I had a great stay at SOVA and would stay there again.

Pros:

If you are looking for a spot that is in downtown and you can walk everywhere this is your place. I loved the location, my room was perfect because it had what I needed my own restroom and a comfortable bed. They don’t have their own parking lot, but in front of the hotel there’s one that is safe and it only costs $11 per day.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t super friendly, usually I ask what can I do or what do they recommend to do in the city, but the lady that was in the reception didn’t had the best attitude. So I didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything.

Great Location for Solo Traveler
Pros:

Very good location. Easy 10 minute walk to The Adolphus to give an idea of where it is. Basically no more than a 5-10 minute walk to find some kind of food or drink. Great for solo traveler.

Cons:

I know the idea is to cut out a lot of the extras to provide a less expensive lodging for folks, so I get that there isn't a coffee maker in the room. Still would be cool to have coffee in the room if you were to add just one thing. There is coffee at the front desk/bar, along with some croissants and stuff, but they aren't included with the room. Which, again, I get that the whole idea is to cut out extra stuff. But maybe like each guest gets a voucher or something for one free coffee downstairs?
