Close proximity to the farmers market, my job and downtown.
The rooms are very small. Almost claustrophobic. Although it is a micro hotel. I did not like the experience.
Economical, clean and easy to book. Friendly staff
Walls are very thin and some beds and TVs share a wall so if you have a disrespectful and noisy neighbor then you will be in for a rough time. You can try to notify the front desk or request a room change if available but the noise is def a concern.

Nice hotel in Dallas in a nice location.
The bed was comfy and shower had good pressure with steady warm water.
The staff was nice and welcoming.
Probably the make should have suggested this - but the rooms are really ‘micro’. No space to open suitcases anywhere really in the room, quite hard with big luggages.
The bedside table could do with being a bit bigger as there would have been the space to. The usb sockets don’t work - they did not work in either room we stayed in (as we had to change room after one night).
Not the best choice of sink, taps and handles.
The sink has barely any space to fit your hands under the tap as the space is very narrow between the sink tray and end of tap. The handle is the most unpractical one I have ever come across - you need to push it up to turn on the water (rather than down as you would naturally do) and its own weight causes it to turn off on its own as it tends to fall back down.
We had to change the room after the first night as the tap in the first one wasn’t working - you could tell a guest must have pulled it rather than push it towards the wall.
The staff was nice about the room change, made it very easy and fast to do.
A bit annoying about the price changing so much closer to our stay - we overpaid by 125$ by booking in advance.
