Awful. Hostel not a hotel in any regard.
Pros:

Cons:

It’s a hostel - can’t open bags in rooms - do not offer any compensation if you are not happy with the facilities. Bathroom is gross. I left on the first day and went to a different hotel and they didn’t even check me out correctly and my bond did not go back into my account

Good location, but the noise, lack of windows, and poor soundproofing made the stay uncomfortable.
Pros:

Great location in downtown Dallas. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely noisy. The walls seem to be made of drywall, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, toilets flushing, and housekeeping cleaning with mops and brooms. The air conditioner was also very noisy, making rattling and squeaking sounds throughout the night. Another downside is that many rooms have no windows, which makes the room feel small and uncomfortable. Because of the poor sound insulation, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

SOVA is a great place for a short-term stay in downtown Dallas for young party loving people.
Pros:

SOVA exceeded my expectations. I chose it as it was downtown and inexpensive, and next time I'd choose it for convenience, great personnel and clean facility.

Cons:

The service for coffee was slow and not great overall, use it for the stay and go for a coffee to a bar nearby.

Great stay in Dallas
Pros:

The room is indeed small, but good enough for the aim that was to rest a couple of hours for the WC game.
The hotel is pretty cosy, old, building style,and friendly staff.
The toilet is an experience!

Cons:

In the area doesn't have much, like cafe/restaurants, stores but if you walk towards the center downtown.

No es funcional!
Pros:

La parte del lobby es linda! La atención del personal es un poco 10 no hablan español pero se esfuerzan para ayudarte!!! Nos guardaron las valijas post check inn.
La habitación limpia

Cons:

Las habitaciones re contra chicas! No hay mesa de luz, no hay espacio para pasar dos personas. La habitación pegada al baño que es mediante división de vidrio. Súper incómoda. No tiene micro hondas ni pava, heladera nada. Por el precio no recomiendo porque no es funcional.
