We love design of the hotel, large modern room with private onsen and a view, and also stunning breakfast view too
We’re juz afraid we’ll miss the hotel pickup car, so hotel may provide more photos of waiting area and the van to make sure guests can wait at the right place
Staff were decently friendly. View was good. Easy parking.
The room felt dirty and everything was just dark. Bed was hard, bedsheet quality wasn’t fantastic. Breakfast and dinner options were kinda expensive. No blackout curtain. Disappointing for Japan.

Overall design style, service, and scenery.
The carpet and floor were not very clean, and both the backrest and seat of the lounge chair on the balcony were moldy, and the breakfast offered limited choices aside from the main dish.
* Absolutely stunning—felt like staying inside a piece of art. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The private bath was amazing, and the bed and pillows were perfectly balanced—not too soft, not too firm.
* The room was very spacious, fully equipped with all amenities, and had a balcony, making it perfect for relaxation.
* The location is close to Umi Jigoku, which is very convenient for sightseeing.
* There is plenty of parking available
* There was a slight sulfur smell in the room, likely from the natural hot spring water. It was mild and understandable, and didn’t affect sleep at all.
* If you don’t have a car, getting into the city to find food might be a bit inconvenient.
Hotel d art avec chambres immenses et tres agreable avec onsen sur le balcon.
Diner plutot agreable meme si assez occidentalisé. Belle selection de vins au verre et champagne.
Petit dejeuner avec petit buffet mais chiix d un beau plat sucré ou sale.
Personnel non formé. Tres beau bar mais pratiquement aucune offre (pas de vins, 2 cockails...) et barman qui est aussi à l acceuil, pas du metier. Peu de personnel formé au restaurant, erreurs de plats, erreur sur facture, service tres approximatif... ce lieu merite de belles formations pour etre à la hauteur de ce qu il let en avant.
