The staff were very kind. The breakfast and dinner were nice. The room and hotel were literally an art gallery.
The drive path to the hotel is steep and narrow. The location of the hotel is far from city center.
The staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The in room hot bath was exceptional....soooo good. The hotels style and vibe was very impressive. The peak restaurant food was brilliant and well paced. Even checking out early they provided a take away breakfast which was the we have had...
Some time it is the little things...so the phone is the room did not work... so ordering drinks or room service we had to fo down to the reception area. The stylish ju mg in the room leaked when you boiled water.

The in room onsen was amazing and the space was designed beautifully with gorgeous views and sweet staff.
My boyfriend has a deadly peanut allergy and we were bummed that we couldn’t order anything from the restaurant or cafe so that we could stay in. Transportation to the main part of Beppu made it so you had to time correctly with limited public transport or hire a taxi…. We found a great spot for vegan hotpot though.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Having the onsen bath in our room was a wonderful convenience.
We enjoyed all of the dishes (crab pasta, Caesar salad, Marguerite pizza, fried chicken and potatoes).
Not really something we didn’t like, but there were few restaurants and no convenience stores nearby.

我們這次訂兩間房間且連住兩晚，入住的其中一間房間免治馬桶故障，請服務人員來處理遇到英文溝通不良，檢查完畢以為運作正常，結果真正使用時還是無法使用，但另一間房間就沒這個問題，對我來說非常不方便，以這種高貴的房價換來這樣的品質真的不是很ok
宿泊代金が程々だったので、さほど期待していませんでしたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、お食事も朝食のバリエーションが豊富で選択でき、夕食もとても良かったです。欲を言えばデザートの種類（ゼリーやムースなど）さっぱりした物があったら嬉しいです。建築や展示されているアートを案内するツアーに参加すると、滞在がより楽しくなります。室内の建築とアートに関する書籍も興味深い内容でした。
各部屋の温泉風呂、時間を気にせず入浴できて、最高でした。また、訪れたいホテルでした。
ロケーションは別府湾や鉄輪温泉の湯けむりなど眺望できますが、高速道路が近くに見えて夜は少し車の音が気になりました。
