Cool place, comfortable rooms and really helpful staff
Pros:

Really nice and chill, good breakfast, room is good size and the lofted bed was very comfortable. Staff was super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Gave us breakfast early on our last day so we could make it to the airport.

Cons:

No real complaints, over all was a great experience. My only recommendation is making sure you understand what type of hotel it is so you don’t get upset about the cleaning or vibe that I thought was totally fine and good honestly.

Spacious and well designed
Pros:

The rooms are very nicely designed, clean, comfortable and have all the necessary for a short stay. The hotel offers locker rooms and shower in case you want to freshen up before check-in, or keep your luggage stored. It's located very near a subway station, so it's easy to connect to the city center or airport.

Cons:

There was a grumpy woman in charge of reception and restaurant, who I assume was the boss in turn. She kept scolding the staff and trating them badly instead of guiding them. I could hear from my table how she was scolding the kitchen staff. She created a very stressful atmosphere. That would be my only complain about the hotel, the rest was excellent.

Pros:

Lovely room, beautifully designed, spacious, clean. Nice cafe and rooftop bar area upstairs, lots of card access only doors for safety. Was quiet around the hotel. Very safe area, easy commute to the centre using the metro. Two big supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

We requested a garden view room but were given a street view room. Didn't complain as it didn't sound noisy before bed. However, was woken up a few times in the night from loud cars etc. Bed wasn't the comfiest, was quite a thin mattress. There was only one pillow per person, and couldn't find any elsewhere.

Pros:

We had a really great stay at Zoku Copenhagen. The room was modern, spacious, and had everything we needed, including cooking equipment. It was also very quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring.
Having two supermarkets right downstairs was super convenient, and the location was excellent. The M1 metro station is only a short walk away and made it very easy to get around Copenhagen and even travel to and from the airport.

What I appreciated most is that this is one of the few times where the reviews actually matched the reality. Everything was just as described. Thank you for helping make our trip to Copenhagen even more enjoyable. We'd happily stay here again. 😊

Hotel, der ikke holder hvad de reklamerer med, usmilende engelskt. personale, og uforb. ekstraomkost
Pros:

Meget fint og flot oppe i receptions og restaurant delen, og gennemsnitlig flot på selve værelsesgangene.

Cons:

Jeg søgte efter hotel i Kbh. til 2 pers. overnatning, med prioriteret filtrering "Parkering" og "Morgenmad"
Hotel Zoku dukkede op som nummer 1. Jeg bookede.
Ankommet til hotellet finder jeg ud af, at der IKKE er parkering, at der ikke er bestilt morgenmad, og at værelset kun er booket til én person, så der skulle ud og findes en ekstra dyne.
Alt dette blev en del besværligere af at der ikke fandtes personale der taler dansk, mens jeg taler dårligt engelsk, der nogenlunde modsvarede deres dårlige engelsk.
Så det blev lige 349 kr. dyrere i parkering og en del til morgenmaden, hvor det i øvrigt var svært at finde et rent bord.
Det kan være andre synes det er normalt, men jeg hader "overraskelsesfakturering".
Så derfor ingen anbefaling fra mig!
