Nice hotel but the room can cause falls at night due to an unexpected step, and communication could be better
Pros:

We booked two rooms, one more simple and one Loft room. Style, colors, possibility to get extra supplies etc. were very nice. We Mostly good communication prior to our arrival. However, we were not told that we had to pay for a 3-hour delayed check out even though we were encouraged to ask about it in the written information. Nevertheless, neither the written information nor the staff informed us about the retirement of the extra payment of 350 kr. Also, in the simple room there was a high step in the floor which made me fall when I walked to the bathroom at night. Further, in the bathroom the washing basin was so small that it was hard to wash hands there and there was even no space for soap there. Further, it is important for the customers to know that there is only a double bed in the Loft room. We wished to get an extra bed to the room let the two visitors did not have to share the same bed. But this was not an option. We asked about it, but did not get an answer until our arrival. But the Zoku concept is very nice. And a lot could be solved to a better satisfaction by a better communication.
