Lovely character filled building. Lots of interesting and unique art. Clean premises. Friendly helpful staff. Free parking for our vehicle which is a bonus.
Room was quite small and tight for two people. I found the bed quite firm too.

Great unusual decor. Fabulous renovation. Very quirky and creative pieces placed with thought. Great car parking. Very friendly staff who carried my luggage up the stairs. Kitchen amenities good. Coffee machine. Loved the exposed plumbing in bathroom. Restaurant meal was fabulous
Unfortunately not that user friendly. The room I had was spacious with high ceilings and balcony. But no extra bedding.. room was cold.. noisy when people came and went given the wooden floors, TV was very slow to load and in end couldn’t use it. No desk or chair.
It is a fantastic property. Historic and sympathetic renovations.no hassle check in and free parking. Lovely peaceful vibe on the edge of the city. Sent some photos to a well traveled friend and she thought I was in Tuscany!

The property is located in a nice part of town
I really don’t like writing bad reviews but our room was unacceptably cold. Even the manager said this is very cold. We could not even shower due to the temperature in the room. I even went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanquet and never received one. A miserable night 😭. Needless to say we woke up and left very early. I really wanted to have a pleasant stay here. My question is why did they not provide an extra heater or blanket or q different room.
The overall feel and look. The rooms were also very comfortable. The restaurant was exceptional.
Our bathroom or plumbing had a bit of smell to it
It’s truly delightful. The small details in the room, and the wonderful art and decor throughout. The history of The Convent was easy to read, but it absolutely felt luxurious.
Very minor detail here- a few more power points would be great for chargers. And perhaps a Nespresso machine. Definitely not deal breakers, but two very small details I noticed that were absent.
