I always look for fun, boutique hotels and this did not disappoint. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and was perfect after a 30+ hr travel day. There’s a great restaurant on site but our schedule didn’t allow for it.
Not much
Spacious room with a very good bed. Convenient drive to airport (25 min) yet still within comfortable 2.3 km walking distance of downtown. Nice table and working space with tea /coffee facilities. Excellent hot water in shower.
Lack of shower curtain or screen made it hard to keep overall floor dry. Ducted ventilation could not be turned off - had to cover it with a suitcase to reduce the noise (I am very sensitive to fan noise).
Noise carries in the hotel but fortunately guests were quiet.
Walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Lots of charm. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Even though we were ok with the room temperature, the AC is centrally controlled and we could change it.
Such a lovely place to stay -I just loved it so much -will be back that us for sure
The design, style and feel -loved it all
Very clean and lots of character
The kitchenette was very small and had very limited facilities, there was nowhere to put the suitcase except the floor and no table or desk to put anything on. This really meant the only place to sit was the bed. Also no lift access to upper floor and very steep stairs. It would also be good if there was an option for breakfast to be ordered.

Very helpful staff, amazing restaurant on site (highly recommend), great shower, air con, comfortable bed and great bar area.
Slightly outside of town but very walkable to cafes. Would like more plug sockets (very niche comment!)

There is a restaurant and bar inside too which we didn't realise upon booking.
Double size bed was a bit uncomfortable.
Good location & refurbishment
The bathroom lacks shelf space for two people.Room servicing/clean was average, less than you would expect for the price.
The car park can be a challenge.
