It’s very safe and on point
Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that offers good value for money. It has been recently renovated to a standard that far exceeds several 5-star properties in Lusaka. The room, in particular, was very nice, modern, spacious, and in great condition. The bathroom, however, was quite small and a little disappointing. Outside of the room, the rest of the property is exactly what you would expect from a solid 4-star hotel. It won't take your breath away but will meet your expectations. The restaurant food is well-priced, tastes fine, and offers a decent variety. A major highlight is the gym; it is exceptional and easily one of the best I’ve used in Lusaka, as it shares facilities with the luxury 5-star InterContinental next door.
I travel to Lusaka regularly and have stayed at almost every 5-star property in the city. This hotel beats most of them. Especially when it comes to the rooms, and offers much better value for money since it charges 4-star rates (even if it is on the pricier end for a 4-star). It is worth noting that overall hotel standards in Lusaka are notoriously poor, but by local standards, this is one of the very few properties I would recommend.

Excellent location and value for money for business and both personal stay . IHG and Holiday Inn are both connected in same property with huge amenities in Lusaka . Really enjoyed my stay there . The hotel is very clean and bedsheets are changed daily with super soft pillows and milk white bedsheets with midium mattress for best comfort after a hectic day . Also the garden view with parking thru the window was a bonus !
May be if they can include some more good variety for buffet .

Outstanding breakfast buffet.
Hotel taxis and purchases are about 4x as expensive as what you can get on Yango or the petrol station a half mile away.
Rooms, the general environment or atmosphere, location or proximity to key meeting centres, and the staff are excellent. It is quiet, very clean and relatively good value for your money.
Breakfast is good though the main meals menu may need to be enhanced a little bit. The atmosphere was conducive for business discussions and relaxation.
I appreciated the cleaningleness of the rooms and level of personalised details in welcoming. The waiters were friendly although the menu was limited especially on the local dishes
