A great stay at Holiday Inn
Pros:

The rooms have full facilities that allow you flexibility to restock what you need and even cook or get takeout

Pros:

I was upgraded to a 1 bedroomed suit, it was super and the gesture was a nice one. The apartment was very clean and good

Cons:

I did not like my dinner, it was not well cooked and the traditional vegetables had a bad taste

expensive but a relaxing stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Clean rooms clean hotel comfy bed good tv big rooms quiet hotel. Up to date nice big beautiful entrance

Cons:

Bought stuff from the little convenience store but they didn’t have money to give back so they tried to make me pay for extra things.
They wouldn’t give me my money back. Had over 50 in change I was supposed to receive and they wouldn’t cancel and give my money back. After have a long conversation. He finally gave me change back for the purchase.

Pros:

The selections at breakfast were exceptional and the service fantastic. IHG Lusaka is located in the Longacres area, close to embassies and government ministries which made it easy to commute to our meetings.

Cons:

The price was more than I expected

Love staying at this holiday inn, friendly staff, lovely food and clean room. Great service overall.
