Pros:

Qualität ist, wenn der Kunde wieder kommt, ich war jetzt schon zweimal da, komme wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer super, sehr sauber, Personal freundlich, die Lage, naja, 10Min. zu Fuß in die Altstadt, nebenan eine Baustelle, macht aber nichts, ist ja kein Ferienhotel, Nachts sehr ruhig, ich habe prima geschlafen.

Cons:

Wenn ich jetzt das Haar in der Suppe suchen sollte, finde ich nicht.

Eine sehr spannende Aussicht. Ideal für Frühaufsteher. Hätte deswegen fast das etwas klein gehaltene Frühstück verpasst, auch wenn die wichtigsten Sachen da waren :)

War gute Hotel sauber und ordentlich

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat mich vor meiner Frau bloßgestellt. Ich bat darum, einen Parkplatz und zwei Frühstücke hinzuzufügen, aber er sprach so leise, dass ich ihn fragte: „Hören Sie mich denn wirklich?“ Daraufhin antwortete er mir: „Du hörst nicht.“ Als ich ihn fragte: „Ich spreche Sie mit ‚Sie‘ an, Sie sprechen mich aber mit ‚du‘ an – finden Sie das richtig?“, antwortete er: „Ja, so spreche ich, das ist absolut richtig.“ Ich wurde vor meiner Frau blamiert. Ich wollte Ihnen meine Beschwerde mitteilen. Wie können solche Personen an der Rezeption ein so großes Unternehmen repräsentieren?
