Sonder The Saddlery

Great Location!

This apartment was really nice! As you will read, it is REALLY noisy, but that has nothing to do with the property and everything to do with the location! The location is AMAZING if you are looking for that lower Broadway experience! It was clean, convenient, and the bedrooms were super gorgeous. This was my second time in a Sonder and not my last!

Location to Broadway is great, all of downtown is very walkable. Security is lagging.

In the heart of Nashville’s music scene, so don’t stay if you can’t appreciate that outside your window. I would totally stay here again. Huge beds, clean, nothing broken, very detailed in communications, and walkable. Loved it!

The only thing I’d recommend for the property is to offer a rubber bath mat, because the tub floor was slippery.

Perfect location on broadway. Easy to get into apartment. Apartment was very clean. The upstairs tenants got a little loud but i got fast communication back from sonder right away and it was fixed. Would definitely come back to stay!

The property was just as pictured. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Tons of places to walk to for food and fun.

Can’t beat the location for a couple nights in Nashville. Parking was close too

This apartment was perfect for us on our trip to Nashville. It’s beautiful inside with good security. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The only warning is the noise from the bar across the street. You have to use earplugs and white noise to sleep but that does work. I noticed they closed the doors around 10 pm to help keep the noise down. It’s a half block from Broadway so easy to walk everywhere

Excellent location, secure and clean apartment.

We are Nashville locals but it was my daughters birthday and we wanted an overnight staycation. Sonder was an excellent choice. Very clean, spacious, and welcoming. Easy communication on how to check-in. Location was perfect....right on 2nd Avenue. A short few blocks and you are right in the Nashville action of Broadway. Will definitly keep in mind if we want to stay downtown again.

Really well positioned just off Broadway & all the music, bars & nightlife.
Also close to Printers Alley - where the other bars etc are.

Our stay at Sonder the Saddlery was perfect! Great space for our family. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed. We had a rear unit and was quiet. Close to all things happening in Downtown. Will definitely reserve again next time in Nashville.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Nowhere in the description does it tell you that this location sits directly on top of two live music venues. We were on the second floor, facing the street, and on top of the music venue that plays until 2:30am - 3:00am. Then the road construction (that will continue until at least April or May 2025) begins at 6:00am with jack hammers and one person that just loudly drops metal pipes at 6:00am. I will never stay at this rental again!! Not a relaxing or enjoyable stay at all.

The property itself was nice, clean and accommodating. Since it’s right in the center of the downtown area the music and noise from the outside went on until 4am so I could get any sleep because it was extremely noisy and disruptive. If you are looking for a quiet place, then this wouldn’t be the place to stay but if you don’t mind having zero sleep then definitely book this place!

Location was perfect for walking everywhere! Although the kitchen is beautiful it is not equipped to make anything more than eggs. 2nd st is ripped up and construction starts at 6:45 every day. You have a concert in bedroom until the bars close but we slept ok. Having 1.5 baths was so nice.
