The AC was super loud, the toilet paper roll wasn’t new & was almost gone, there was water spots all over the sliding glass door like it wasn’t cleaned prior to

Pros:

My first impression from lobby was good but once we got to our floor the carpets were dirty, in the room the a/c unit was leaking water, carpet was wet, we had issues with the thermostat, which we did report to the front desk.
