Pros:

Saubere Ferienwohnung, schön angelegter Garten und super Pool. Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Haus und Kitzbühel, St.Johann und Ellmau schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

FeWo hätte etwas moderner gestaltet werden können, Backofen hat gefehlt. Brötchen Lieferung waren Aufbacksemmel und keine vom Bäcker wie es sonst eigentlich in Österreich der Fall ist.

Traumhaft in Oberndorf

Die Villa, die wir hatten war perfekt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von Männern und konnten dort gemütlich feiern und Spass haben.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel mit herrlichem Bergblick
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung, umgeben von Bergen. Besonders beeindruckend ist der herrliche Blick von der Terrasse auf den Wilden Kaiser.
Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt – sowohl außen als auch innen. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war zwar etwas klein, für eine Übernachtung aber völlig ausreichend. Besonders schön war der Balkon mit Blick auf den Wald, der für eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre sorgte.
Im Hotel gibt es alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht: einen kleinen Fitnessraum, eine Sauna, gemütliche Ruheräume sowie einen schönen Außenpool. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Produkte waren von hoher Qualität, einige sogar hausgemacht. Besonders schön war es, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge zu genießen.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber für unseren Aufenthalt ausreichend.

Sehr empfehlenswertes familiäres Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt
Pros:

Wir sind hier sehr spontan und eher durch Zufall für 2 Tage gelandet und wären am Ende gerne länger geblieben. Das Hotel ist in einer idyllischen Lage und sowohl der Innen- wie auch Außenbereich sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, inklusive eines großen Balkons und genauso wie der Rest des Hauses sehr sauber.

Trotz des regnerischen Wetters hat sich vor allem unser Sohn nicht gelangweilt, da der Spieleraum keine Wünsche offen lies und er am Abreisetag auch auf dem „Spielplatz“ im Freien toben konnte. Darüber hinaus durften wir sogar das Schwimmbad mit ihm benutzen.

Auch für die Erwachsenen gibt es schöne Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen, zum Beispiel in der Sauna.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit vielen selbstgemachten Sachen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal rund um die Gastgeberinnen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und wir haben uns sehr umsorgt- und wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden jederzeit unterstützt und konnten auch das ein oder andere „aufs Haus“ genießen. Die Konzepte, wie die honesty bar, haben uns sehr gut gefallen und zeigen auch ein Vertrauen in die Gäste.

Zusammenfassend ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, in das wir jederzeit wieder kommen werden, sollte es uns wieder in die Region verschlagen.

What a gem! We stayed in one of the vacation homes and it was so comfortable, with a stocked kitchen, huge bedroom spaces to accommodate families, and large outdoor terrace. We loved the warm touches, like daily tea time, sleds available for borrow, and very low fee for a garage spot (crucial as we were visiting during heavy snow). Also loved that we could order bread service for breakfast from our room. Property was beautiful and kids loved building igloos and sledding on the small hill just in front of the main building. Perfect for our family ski vacation!

Cons:

A little bit pricey for what it was, though may have been because we visited during a major school holiday in the region.

Beautiful space where everything from skiroom, to sauna to breakfast was considered. This family sure knows how to spoil
Pros:

Attention and love in every detail. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This family run hotel is a gem. From arrival to departure we loved everything about it.
Their breakfast is the most varied and thought through offering. Homemade breads and jams!
After skiing we enjoyed the wellness area. The sauna and relaxation spaces were beautifully designed and super user friendly. We used the ski room and loved having dry boots every morning and to round out the day played some table tennis and pool. We’d definitely come back here!

Pros:

Breakfast buffet. A choice of various types of pastries, salami, cheese, yogurt, cereals, fruit, vegetables, scrambled eggs, etc. Everything is fresh and very good. Of course, there are hot drinks, loose teas, a coffee machine, juices.

Cons:

Everythink was ok. Playroom with table tennis, billiard brings a lot of fun every evening :)
