Pros:

What a gem! We stayed in one of the vacation homes and it was so comfortable, with a stocked kitchen, huge bedroom spaces to accommodate families, and large outdoor terrace. We loved the warm touches, like daily tea time, sleds available for borrow, and very low fee for a garage spot (crucial as we were visiting during heavy snow). Also loved that we could order bread service for breakfast from our room. Property was beautiful and kids loved building igloos and sledding on the small hill just in front of the main building. Perfect for our family ski vacation!

Cons:

A little bit pricey for what it was, though may have been because we visited during a major school holiday in the region.

Beautiful space where everything from skiroom, to sauna to breakfast was considered. This family sure knows how to spoil
Pros:

Attention and love in every detail. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This family run hotel is a gem. From arrival to departure we loved everything about it.
Their breakfast is the most varied and thought through offering. Homemade breads and jams!
After skiing we enjoyed the wellness area. The sauna and relaxation spaces were beautifully designed and super user friendly. We used the ski room and loved having dry boots every morning and to round out the day played some table tennis and pool. We’d definitely come back here!

Pros:

Breakfast buffet. A choice of various types of pastries, salami, cheese, yogurt, cereals, fruit, vegetables, scrambled eggs, etc. Everything is fresh and very good. Of course, there are hot drinks, loose teas, a coffee machine, juices.

Cons:

Everythink was ok. Playroom with table tennis, billiard brings a lot of fun every evening :)

Ein Hotel von Familie für Familien – und genau das spürt man sofort. Das Haus wird von Familie Voggenreiter mit viel Herzblut geführt, die Atmosphäre ist herzlich und persönlich.

Besonders überzeugt haben uns die tolle Lage, die hervorragende Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel sowie das leckere Frühstück. Viele liebevolle Extras wie die kostenfreie Tee- und Kaffeebar, Spielmöglichkeiten und hilfreiche Ausflugstipps machen den Aufenthalt zusätzlich besonders.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die ganze Familie hilft mit und ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und auch traumhaft geschlafen.

Pros:

Very clean with spacious common areas, good for long or short stays. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Wonderful staff, family run! Quick access to Kitzbuhl ski lifts, 12 minute drive or shuttle comes right to parking lot. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely recommended, would love to come back!
Pros:

Location is great for both downhill and cross country skiing. Breakfast is outstanding and the spa area is really enjoying. The staff is really friendly and helpful

Cons:

Nothing in particular, perhaps the double room is a bit small, but there is plenty of common areas to spend the time.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit bequemen Betten und sehr sauberen Zimmern. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Ort und die Berge. Besonders hervorzuheben war das Personal. Als unsere Tochter krank war, wurde uns sehr geholfen. Wir bekamen extra Tee und Zwieback. Ein ganz toller Service und unglaublich freundlich. Auch alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Top Frühstück und es war für alle Altersstufen etwas geboten. Kaffee war am Nachmittag umsonst.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war vielleicht das Zimmer. Es war etwas schmal und eng für 4 Personen. Ist aber schon ein Luxusproblem.
