Great location. Comfortable. Bit steep in price.
Pros:

Great location. Nice hotel. Big bed. Staff were friendly. Very large room. Though we did not have breakfast, coffee was free to take and enjoy which we did as we left. Underground secure parking which is a bit high but seems high in general around Antwerp. Price is a bit high as well

Cons:

Showered seemed to be that it was either boiling hot or not hot enough very very difficult to get anything in between.

Needs stuff training for unexpected/dangerous situations

The rooms are clean and comfortable. 15 minutes from city centre.

Cons:

The alarm got off in the middle of the night and the whole hotel went in haste outside. Some had real panic attacks. We were standing in the rain for really long time. The worker of the hotel clearly didn’t know what to do. After a while he got outside telling that probably someone is just smoking in the room. Then the firemen came, and the investigation started. The cause of this drill wasn’t found. What I really didn’t like is the lack of communication with guests in this king of situation. At one point we were let in the lobby, but as we were trying to get back to the rooms, other people were asked to go outside. In short: I wasn’t feeling safe. Lack of uncertainty and clear communication is what downgrades the total grade.
