Archipelagos All Suites

Staff and service were great and very caring. Great hotel in a remote area of the island. You will need to rent an ATV or car to get around though as nothing is close by in walking distance.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wir hatten unseren eigenen Pool. Der Service (bis auf die Dame mit der Spange) hatte in 7 Tagen Aufenthalt ja es geht um Schluss nicht einmal ein Lächeln, stets mürrisch und unorganisiert. Gab die Teller für den Frühstück lieblos her und war teils sogar arrogant und frech. Sehr wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war nach 2 Tagen schmutzig (Blumen und Blätter, die durch den Wind hereinflogen) und wurde nur nach einer Bitte gereinigt.
Die Rezeptionistin war absolut frech und arrogant, als Musik leise im Hintergrund abgespielt wurde. Rief uns im Zimmer an, wir sollen sofort die Musik ausmachen. Auf der Veranda mit offener Tür, war die Musik nicht hörbar!
Meine Frau hatte am Morgen jeweils einen griechischen Joghurt mit „frischen“ Früchten. Die Erdbeeren hatten einmal grünen Schimmel und waren grau! Die Avocado war nicht einmal essbar, stets hart wie Stein. Das Bett wurde 2 Mal richtig gemacht, die restlichen Male wurden die Kissen wortwörtlich hingeschmissen und die Bettdecke kaum überzogen genauso die Dusche nicht einmal gereinigt in 7 Tagen.
Nicht einmal in 7 Tagen wurden wir gefragt, ob für uns alles in Ordnung war oder ob wir etwas wünschten.
Wir reisen sehr oft, aber so ein Hotel mit so einer schlechten Atmosphäre und Arroganz hatten wir noch nie.
Wir reisen im Sommer oft nach Mykonos und waren bei anderen Hotel immer gut aufgehoben, demnach gibt es auf jeden Fall viele schöne Hotels mit wesentlich besserem Service. Nie wieder Archipelagos!

We loved our stay in this excellent hotel. It was amazing!! The whole staff was really so kind and helpful. No question was too much.

All the menu's at the restaurant are delicious and quality/price was excellent! Many compliments for the chief and his staff in the kitchen.

We would like to give all our love to Stella and her lovely colleague at the frontoffice, to Alex and Dimitri and all the lovely colleague at he restaurant. You all together made our vacation to a moment we will remember long!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 days/2 nights as a spa time before a big group trip. The staff went above and beyond for us and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Would love to go back again!

Amazing hotel and experience.

Tout le personnel était adorable. L’hôtel est magnifique, Il faut absolument réserver la chambre avec piscine privée qui est incroyable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter!!!

Le lieu est superbe, l’hôtel est superbe, le personnel est superbe, accueillant et souriant. Nous avons séjourner 4 nuits et c’était vraiment magique

The room with the pool was great - roomy, excellent aesthetics, and quiet.
The shower needs a shelf for soap, shampoo, etc. The driver was not always readily available, even with some notice - we switched to a more reliable service.

Un des plus beaux hôtels jamais vus!
La chambre était extraordinaire : la vue et la piscine extérieure sont juste magiques et c’est loin d’être une exagération.
Le service était excellent, la dame à la réception était au petit soin.
Seul petit bémol c’est les options de restauration: un seul et unique menu qui est celui du restaurant et celui du room service. Nous avons essayé plusieurs plats mais le goût n’y était pas. Pas très embêtant car on sortait souvent manger dehors mais pas très pratique si on a envie de rester profiter à l’hôtel toute la journée

+ Service an der Rezeption ist top! Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade.

- Keine Sonnenschirme im Poolbereich und auf dem Zimmerbalkon!
- Service beim Restaurant freundlich, aber nicht wirklich flexibel. Pommes Frites gab es in verschiedenen Menus, man konnte sie aber nicht einzeln bestellen
- Preis/Leistung im Restaurant stimmt nicht ganz. Preise eher hoch/ Portionen klein
