- Payment should be made via bank transfer/secured link within 72 hours

- A refundable cash deposit of EUR 250,00 is needed per room at the check-in

- Spa service hours (including heated indoor pool): 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 4 / 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 13.

- In rooms with a hot tub and/or spa bath, for safety reasons, children are not allowed; they are exclusively for adults.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room lovely , balcony huge disappointment.

Cons:

Despite top tier aqua sure the balcony faced the side of another building with no view at all. At 500 euros a night this is not good enough

Ein 5-Sterne Hotel, dass seinen Preis wert ist in Ausstattung, Service und Lage.
Pros:

Sehr schickes, großes Hotel in zentraler Altstadtlage mit toller Dachterrasse nebst super Infinity-Pool und Restaurant, tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal überall, Frühstück ist sensationell gut, Kaffee u.ä. wird gebracht, man kann alles mögliche bestellen (Pancakes, Egg Benedikt ..) was dann frisch zubereitet wird, alles in toller Qualität, tägliche kostenlose Auffüllung der Minibar (2x Wasser und Cola), vom Hafen aus schöne Touren zu den Sandbänken buchbar oder ca 20 min Fahrt zu fantastischem langen Strand
Unnötig fanden wir, dass das Zimmer nebst Betten 2x am Tag gemacht und Abends die Badeschuhe vom Bademantel immer vor das Bett gestellt wurden.

Absolutely loved it. It’s a very stylish comfortable hotel that’s now way pretentious.
Pros:

The flow, the ambience and the style.

Cons:

Customer service at breakfast and on the rooftop was hit and miss but not awful.
Wouldn’t make me not recommend this braising hotel

Très bel établissement très bien placé
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. Très bien décoré. Le lit était très confortable. Jolies salles de bain avec Wc séparés. Très bien insonorisée

Cons:

Dans les parties communes j’ai trouvé que ça manquait d’aération et l’odeur n’était pas agréable
