- A refundable cash deposit of EUR 250,00 is needed per room at the check-in

- Spa service hours (including heated indoor pool): 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 4 / 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Access reserved for guests over the age of 13.

On the whole satisfied with the hotel,and would stay again,rather expensive.
Pros:

Very comfortable room,staff very helpful,very clean.
Breakfast generally good.

Cons:

The full breakfast only 5/10 sausage and bacon tasteless and not that warm.

Exceptional hotel -will definitely revisit.
Pros:

loved this hotel. staff and facilities were fabulous. room was exceptional.

Cons:

because breakfast didn't seem to be included for anyone there was a queue of people waiting to pay for it on each day. This could be smoother. You were treated like a non- resident as opposed to just adding it to your bill which would have been better.

Pros:

Dat er op zo'n centrale locatie in Faro zo'n modern hotel met alle faciliteiten te vinden was, dat ook nog een rustig gelegen was in een eigen 'fortje' als het ware.

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk.

На мой взгляд комнаты очень простые, не дотягивают до 5 звёзд, часы работы спа крайне неудобны, в 21 закрывается.

早餐很棒；房间非常属实，蓝牙音箱的音质很棒，房间隔音也好。

Cons:

从街边走到酒店有段石板路并且没有指示牌，把行李从车上搬下来再到酒店有些不便。

Overall a nice stay but a bit pricey. Faro is okay but I wouldn’t return. Very rundown in many places. Enjoyed the old t

Nice comfortable room especially the bed. Nice rooftop with plenty of space to sit. Good pool .

Cons:

Breakfast was good but a little hectic and a bit regimented. But good choice of food. Some staff a little clueless at breakfast.
