Despite four days of continuous rain, I thoroughly enjoyed the calm, peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. My stay at Hotel 3HB Faro was nothing short of exceptional. The reception team Alexandra and Joanna were outstanding, welcoming, attentive, and effortlessly efficient.
In the restaurant, Gustavo, Paulo, Henrique and Tatiana provided service of the highest standard, always friendly and accommodating. The boys/lifeguards at the spa reception special mention, courteous & helpful.
I would also like to recognise the housekeepers, who maintained the room beautifully and contributed greatly to the overall comfort of my stay.
The design of the hotel is superb: a beautiful minimalist aesthetic with a thoughtful use of steel and wood that creates both clarity and warmth. The spaces feel modern yet inviting. My room was excellent, wonderfully comfortable bed, high-quality amenities, plenty of natural light, and a layout that was both practical and stylish, again showcasing that lovely use of wood.
The layout of FORNO NERO Ristorante Pizzeria works perfectly for both breakfast and dinner, with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. HÁBITO Restaurant on the rooftop is a fantastic spot for lunch and drinks, offering a lovely setting even on grey days.
All in all, Hotel 3HB Faro delivers a flawless combination of design, comfort, and most importantly truly exceptional people. I would return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly.
Constructive feedback: it would be beneficial to have antibacterial wipes or a clearly visible sanitising station in the gym so that guests can wipe down equipment before and after use.
The pizzas and salads were excellent, well prepared, and full of flavour.
The steak, however, was a disappointment. It was served covered in a runny gravy, and appeared to have been boiled rather than pan-fried or grilled in oil or butter, which significantly affected both the texture and the flavour, leaving it rather bland. The sauce would be far better served on the side.

The hotel has been very smartly designed. The room design makes sense, top to bottom and is also very nice looking. The facilities are great (indoor swimming pool, sauna, etc.). One caveat though: I was there at a quiet time, so I don't know how the common amenities would fare with more people.
Maybe an explanation about the parking, prior to arrival, since the hotel is in a pedestrian zone.
New, clean, great big rooms, really modern, right in the city ctntre.
No one told us we had to walk the final 2 blocks to the hotel..
Great location within walking distance of the sights and restaurants and bars. Situated on a pedestrian only street, it is an excellent hotel

Petit déjeuner époustouflant avec notamment saumon fumé, pasteis de nata et jus frais.
Chambre connecté avec enceintes Marshall et très bonne literie.

tout était parfait ... de l accueil au check out . hôtel magnifique .. bien situé , très bon petit dej ... un très très grand merci à l équipe à l occasion de mon anniversaire ...
si je dois mentionner deux choses mais ce sont des détails .. la piscine intérieure est un peu froide et mériterait qqs degrés en plus ... et les oreillers sont soit trop épais , soit trop minces mais bon ...
