Pros:

Very charming and comfortable hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We arrived very early and they readily gave us an early check in. The room was very well appointed.

Perfect hotel for winter sun
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel, the staff were very friendly and I really appreciated how on the first day they called me to advise the room was ready early. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Faro. The rooftop area was so peaceful and looked amazing at night with the Firepit lit.

Cons:

Only 2 points - the indoor pool was FREEZING! The room was heated to 28degrees yet the pool was so cold I was shivering and my teeth were chattering. I expected this from the outdoor pool in Feb but not in the spa.
We had a bad experience in the Habito restaurant where the beef tenderloin came with crisps (not sliced potatoes, crisps out of a packet) which was very alarming at €30! My husband sent it back and ordered a different dish but it meant we didn’t eat at the same time, which was quite disappointing, and the new chicken dish that came was quite underwhelmed after such a long wait.

Pros:

Gorgeous super modern hotel. Fabulous location. Good breakfast selection. All staff very friendly and went over and above their roles to accommodate guests. Spacious comfortable rooms. Very comfortable bed. Completely soundproofed. Very quiet.

Cons:

Pillows could be better quality.
Difficult to operate hearing/aircon and general electrics as very high tech. We had approx 30 switches in our room. A little too complicated.
