I liked everything about this hotel, the staff were wonderful, especially Tony at reception, who couldn't do enough for us. Everybody seemed so happy and helpful. First class service, very comfortable bed, great location. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again and again, thank you all for making it such an enjoyable stay 👍👍👍👏👏
Location convient for us
The apartment wasn't laid out as well as I hoped it would be and I felt it didn't work well for 3 people. I had stayed previously with 3 of us in a family room and that was much better than the apartment.
Nice place to stay liked the art work in the room.
Breakfast was terrible. Tea was freezing. Buffet for everything - very cheap. Some things looked deep fried to an inch of their life. No option for vegetarian. Wish we hadn't paid extra for breakfast and went somewhere else.
Waited at reception for 10 minutes before anyone came to check us in. We're told our room number was 157. No room 157 - would expect staff to know that. We were in 137.
Bar service was terrible - literally not paying attention to who was waiting. I was standing waiting abd two guys walked up and were served straight away. That's frustrating.
Tucked away very handy parking. Original decor. Loved the ceiling with pipes and lighting
Nothing
Staff were lovely. Room was nice.
Room was too warm and even reducing to 16 degrees didn't seem to work. I expected a cosy bar but it was really just like a large reception area.
The staff made our trip so friendly and accommodating. Especially Tony in Reception and Emma in the restaurant they went above and beyond for us.
Honestly the staff and ambiance of the hotel were amazing
