Poor customer service. Stood at reception for 20 minutes to check in whilst staff walked past me.
Location was great and clean and tidy and good value for money
The staff need to be at reception alot more I tried to ring them before I arrived cudnt get anyone on phone for few days plus when we arrived was standing at reception to check in for ages not a good look at all I was that fed up waiting was near going to leave and book somewhere else
