Pros:

The apartment was really spacious , clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The sofabed in the living room was really uncomfortable and when we arrived at 11 pm after a long journey there was no bedlinen for it but in all fairness a staff member brought some straight away. Turned out there was no duvet cover or pillowcase. Next morning it was sorted out. On our last morning we had an issue with the smoke alarm going off sporadically and not one member of staff came to check what was happening although the fire brigade turned up at our door. No manager was available for me to speak to on checking out so I emailed them when I got home....twice and still have not heard back.

Pleasant stay and clean room. Location was good but remote for TV don’t really work and room temperature was difficult t

Cons:

The remote control for the TV didn’t work properly. Was like it was delayed when pressing buttons. Room temperature was difficult to get right. Pity that parking isn’t covered as part of the hotel room cost

The Food and Staff were lovely.

I Thought I booked a family room but had an apartment instead and I had to sleep on the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable.

Good location, good food
Pros:

Great location in Lisburn , 10 minute drive to Eikon centre for an event. Friendly staff , great food and bar.

Cons:

The duvet had stains on it , I didn’t notice until I was cleaning the room and stripping the bed sheets off to make the cleaners job a little easier. A new duvet should be used when they are heavily stained. Sheets were clean

Pros:

Es ist zentral gut gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Busbahnhof 5 Minuten entfernt und der Bahnhof in 20 Minuten erreichbar

Cons:

Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. Das „Lüften“ geht nur über die Klimaanlage

Better management needed.
Pros:

Management staff are not kind or organised

Cons:

Staff chasing me down the street. And always questioning me for payment. I think there is a problem putting charges to rooms and receptions staff. Breajsfast also basic. I think the problem is management.
