Comfortable hotel with breakfast included. Good location for us.

Cons:

Waiting time to check in/out. Due to lack of staff. It wasn't a problem, just had to wait for a member of staff.

Very comfortable beds spacious rooms throughly enjoyed our stay at the Haslem hotel the dinner in the restaurant was first class and the front of house staff couldn’t do enough for us will definitely be back

Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff were wonderful, especially Tony at reception, who couldn't do enough for us. Everybody seemed so happy and helpful. First class service, very comfortable bed, great location. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again and again, thank you all for making it such an enjoyable stay 👍👍👍👏👏

Nice place to stay liked the art work in the room.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Tea was freezing. Buffet for everything - very cheap. Some things looked deep fried to an inch of their life. No option for vegetarian. Wish we hadn't paid extra for breakfast and went somewhere else.
Waited at reception for 10 minutes before anyone came to check us in. We're told our room number was 157. No room 157 - would expect staff to know that. We were in 137.
Bar service was terrible - literally not paying attention to who was waiting. I was standing waiting abd two guys walked up and were served straight away. That's frustrating.
