Lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

Happy with our stay, room clean, lots of space, fab shower, bed very comfy.
In the bar for dinner, service was slow, only 2 on and good few people in bar. Food was fresh with good size portions. Breakfast had good choice, could of been little hotter.

Cons:

Shame no hotel parking or note to put on car window that you are staying in hotel.

Not great and left tired with little sleep.
Pros:

Rooms was clean and spacious .

Cons:

The rooms are not particularly sound proof. It’s based in the centre and near pubs . Lots of drunk people shouting outside till early in the morning(2am). We didn’t book breakfast, but decided to have it at the hotel @£15 per person, it was not great. Food was cold and selection was not great . Had no yogurt but yet berry compote. Not sure why .

The staff were amazing, the food was excellent, the overall stay fantastic. Will definitely book again.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very clean and bright. Beds were very comfy and rooms very spacious. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and take aways. Restaurant was very busy but we were able to get a table and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Poor to average.
Pros:

We stayed in an apartment which was great & spacious & great value for money.

Cons:

On arrival our room was freezing, no hot water in the bathroom at all & no welcome pack to find out about the hotel, food & facilities.
Our room was near the laundry room & you could hear the machines going all night & housekeeping entered our room at 8:30am & made us very uncomfortable, maybe housekeeping should check at reception before starting their shift to see which rooms have checked out before entering an occupied room.
Our fire alarm went off at 1:30am but no staff checked on us or updated us on what was happening, very poor communication & the apartments feel detached from the hotel.

Great hotel and very central
Pros:

The property is in a great location and the rooms are immaculate ,its not many hotels that gives you fresh towels every day and they did,Check is very easy and explained and walked us to the lift to show us how to use key card to get to our rooms,also explained that there was a carpark under hotel and how to access it.

Cons:

I was in room 126 and the only thing I found wrong was the plug was to far from the mirror,the hotels hairdryer had an extra long cord but most hot brush’s and other hair product wont reach.

Pros:

The room was clean, and tidy.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. No plates, no sugar available .No eggs and very limited food was available. Wouldn't book it again.
Bar staff were so short, we had to queue for drinks 40 minutes
