schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Personal ungeschult und unfreundlich, mehr am Handy als am Gast, grüßen nicht, sind genervt wenn man was bestellt
Sauberkeit - leider alles sehr schmuddelig und staubig

Prima hotel met dito faciliteiten en heel dicht bij de lift.
Pros:

Gemoedelijk, prima kamer. Heerlijke luxe wellness

Cons:

Toch af en toe wel wat druk aan het buffet. Maar goed we waren er in de voorjaarsvakantie.

Odlična usluga, blizina ski-gondole.
Pros:

Doručak i večera raznovrsni, obilati, prilagođeni svim ukusima, osoblje jako ljubazno, atmosfera vrlo ugodna. Odlične saune.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr schön.

Cons:

1x haben wir uns am Wortlaut der Menükarte etwas gestört. Wir sind Beide Vegetarier und unter den Hauptspeisen gab es nur Gerichte mit Fleisch od Fisch.
Unter „Beilagen“ befanden sich dann allerdings genug Sachen, die man auch als „Vegetarische Hauptspeisen“ anführen hätte können und der vegetarische Gast würde sich etwas wertgeschätzter fühlen.

Excelentes vacaciones de nieve
Pros:

Pasamos una semana de ski fantástica. El hotel tiene todas las comodidades y una piscina exterior increíble. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y el personal simpático, educado y profesional.

Wir hatten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, weil auch das Wetter mitspielte.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr große Auswahl von Allem. Die Tische sind sehr gut angeordnet, sodass man genug Platz hat, und die Privatsphäre gewahrt bleibt.

Cons:

Es waren in unserem Zimmer zwei Glastüren (Milchglas). Eine Schiebeglastür ins Badezimmer, und im Badezimmer seperat das WC, diese Tür ebenfalls aus Glas. Jetzt solles ja vorkommen, daß man auch Nachts mal auf die Toilette muss, und das wiederum erfordert das Einschalten des Lichts im Badezimmer, welches auch das WC seperat beleuchtet, und dadurch wird es natürlich sehr hell im gesamten Zimmer, nicht so gut für jemanden mit schlechterem Schlaf. Weiters ist die Schiebetür beim Schließen nicht gerade leise, und dann läuft auch noch der Lüfter im WC an, ebenfalls nicht sehr angenehm. Beim Abendessen steht nur ein vegetarisches Gericht zur Auswahl, sehr einfallslos, alles sehr fleischlastig !

V InfinitySPA jsou místa pro “naked” (sauny) a povinné plavky v bazénu. Neustálé převlékání je otravné a celkem nesmyslné. Hygiena po sauně je maximální, prostor nad 15 let, bazén vizuálně odizolován od veřejného okolí.

Tento hotel naprosto předčil všechna očekávání - úžasný wellness (oceňujeme zónu 15+), profesionální přístup všech zaměstnanců, vynikající strava, lyžárna s vyhříváním na lyžařské boty), kousek od lanovky. Je zde i zázemí pro děti (mistnost s PlayStation, stolním tenisem, šipkami,...), fitness centrum.
