Prachtig hotel met balkon op een prima locatie.
Pros:

Zeer goed hotel met all.inclusive.
Ontbijt/middag/avond eten prima verzorgd!
Vaste plaatsen voor “smorgens en”s avonds eten.
Ruime parkeerplaats en zelfs parkeergarage( 10 euro per dag)
Goed personeel en alles netjes schoon.

Rundumservice und völlig zufrieden Urlaub entspannt genießen.
Pros:

Wir sind erneut zu viert im Hotel gewesen. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, auch glutenfrei, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sind groß genug. Badezimmer mit Dusche ist ebenfalls groß genug. Badetücher, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden oft gewechselt. In den 7 Tagen gab es 1x Galadiner, einmal Buffet und 5x Menü, alles vom Feinsten. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt mehrere Saunen, Infinitypool und Innenpool und ein für Hotels überragendes Fitnesstudio. Was ist neu seit letztem Jahr: Ein Spieltisch vor der Bar, einfach klasse und für die Kids eine traumhaft schöne Spielelandschaft, einfach genial, so was haben wir noch nie in einem Hotel gesehen.

Die sehr kurzfristige Benachrichtigung, dass die gegenüber liegende Liftanlage seit Mitte März gesperrt werde und sich derzeit im Abriss befindet.

Pros:

Great location very close to the gondola/valley run and also close to the ski bus stop for getting across Wagrain to the other lift in a few mins. The staff running the childcare were friendly and spoke excellent English. Food was very high quality (better than we expected) and we liked the set up of buffet appetisers/salad and then choice from a fixed menu for the later courses. Indoor and outdoor pool were nice to relax in.

Personal ungeschult und unfreundlich, mehr am Handy als am Gast, grüßen nicht, sind genervt wenn man was bestellt

Prima hotel met dito faciliteiten en heel dicht bij de lift.

Gemoedelijk, prima kamer. Heerlijke luxe wellness

Cons:

Toch af en toe wel wat druk aan het buffet. Maar goed we waren er in de voorjaarsvakantie.
