Viel zu lautes Zimmer, schmutziger Boden

Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, angenehmer Parkservice

Cons:

Unfassbar lautes Zimmer direkt neben dem Highway, sehr sehr schmutziger Boden so dass man direkt nach dem duschen sofort schmutzige Füße hatte

Great downtown location
Pros:

This is a great hotel in downtown Orlando. Perfect location for events at Kia Center, Dr. Phillips, Exploria Stadium or the Citrus Bowl. If you’ve been to an AC Hotel they all have the same room design albeit with slight adjustments. The views from the sky bar in the lobby are amazing but the view from our room on 28th gooor was even better. The room was comfortable & spacious as we had a corner room. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you haven’t be in downtown Orlando.

Roshorn valet service was quick, professional, and very convenient. The staff was friendly, handled my car with care, and had it ready right on time. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The house keeping team were not thorough. It seems they just do superficial cleaning. My room was not vacuumed for the three days I spent, with visible dirts on the floor every day.

Pros:

I had a great experience at AC Hotel. The valet service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very helpful. Lavaris went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, attentive, and truly made a great first impression. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay!
