The staff was great, and the hotel was really nice...Loved the suite we booked. But the bed did not sleep good at all, just need new mattresses or at least in the room we booked.
The pool was so small and the bed in our suite was terrible but besides that it was a great stay..
The staff were excellent. The shuttle bus was a great addition. Rooms clean. Beds very comfortable.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was good
There is no parking space that’s something to make people aware of cost me 50$ plus tips for valet , room was dirty , pool is obnoxiously small
Location
Valet only service
Fine
Nothing
Great place to stay with good breakfasts.
Wish the parking wasn’t so expensive
Friendly staff.
Horrible parking, No self parking, valets often busy, very expensive.arrangement.
The service from the staff and the cleanliness of the property.
Everything was great but the pull out bed mattress needed cleaning and replaced.
Fantastic hotel near Vanderbilt and Tennessee State University. Valet was quick most days. Decent breakfast. The front desk staff is excellent. Rooms are huge as are the bathrooms. Feels mostly updated with some minor wear and tear. Safe area with not much in walking distance. But they have this beautiful green space adjacent to the hotel
Close to my work.
Great service from the doormen that valet and bring your luggage to your room.
Outward appearance is nice. Valet was helpful getting luggage to room. Room was clean. Kitchenette was well appointed.
Bed was very uncomfortable with a “body” dip that was hard to work around on either side of the bed. The upstairs guest floor/our ceiling was not insulated and we had to call the front desk both nights after everyone was awakened at 3 am both mornings by the upstairs guest’s footsteps/stomping and dropping/tossing items to floor. The first night it quieted down. The second night, it only got worse. Little sleep was had! Staff was not helpful or friendly. Breakfast was not much more than a continental breakfast with a couple hot items added (French toast/sausage one day and pancakes/sausage the next). There were reconstituted eggs that were lukewarm and weren’t good. The water for plain oatmeal (only hot cereal option) was lukewarm with no add-ins like granola, fruit or brown sugar. They had yogurt, toast, bagels, oranges, cold cereal, and scones. Had to hunt a luggage rack to leave. Valet was not helpful and parked car where we couldn’t get luggage cart to car for loading. Make sure you allow plenty of time for your car to be brought up or schedule it.
The valet and Sam Cantrell were awesome. The minute I pulled in I was welcomed, bags out of the car and ushered into the hotel and up to my room without even having to think. They were both very patient with me as I was a bit frazzled after my eight hour journey. It was amazing. Hotel is beautiful. Looking forward to my stay.
