Zimmer und Essen waren Top

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht. Leider wurde durch den Taifun vieles zerstört. (Strand, Anlage, Schwimmbad). Wir wurden aber darauf nicht hingewiesen. So war nur ein kleiner Innenpool und das Restaurant geöffnet und man konnte die Zeit nicht vertreiben. Wir haben dann nachgefragt ob es möglich wäre einen Scooter als „Entschädigung“ zu bekommen um ein wenig rumzufahren, wurde aber abgelehnt. Sind dann eine Nacht früher abgereist. Es gab also keine Entschädigung und mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen.

FLC 뀌뇬 골프장을 이용하기 위해 묵었어요 시내에서 멀어서 한번 들어가면 호텔 밖으로 나오기 힘들어 3박 4일 동안 식사를 하기엔 호텔안 식당이 다양하지 않아힘든 부분이 있어요 조식도 3박 동안 바뀌는 음식 없이 똑같이 나오네요 다음에 뀌뇬을 방문하게 되면 2박 정도만 하고 그 이상이면 호텔을 옮길것 같아요

Great location, great golf, resort side needs some finishing touches.
Pros:

Amazing ocean views over a pristine golf course, what more can you say? Great location and both golf courses were amazing. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The resort facilities in the other (attached) resort area were good and drinks were well made. Food was affordable and nice and service was great (although we had a hard time getting the bottle of wine we requested). Only downside to food and drink situation is the strict no outside food policy that sees you get a 5,000,000 VND fine for having snacks or whatever from outside (room service and minibar snacks permitted so it’s got nothing to do with hygiene). When you are paying top dollar for a room, you really shouldn’t have this imposition to deal with.

Cons:

There was a lack of signage / clear information. I walked a long way toward a bar at the far end of the resort, only to find myself entrapped by a construction fence and couldn’t get through (a large portion of the resort remains mothballed and unfinished). When I finally arrived I found out the restaurant at that end was not open, and only opened in high season, so general information like that would be handy (maybe information board in lobby outlining hours and if it’s open or not). Had some communication issues with the staff but I was with my Vietnamese girlfriend so everything was sorted. Staff were very friendly and professional but there was a definite communication barrier there for myself.
