The vibe, the room, the view from the room, the breakfast, the price, the walk into town and shops nearby.

Cons:

The heating came on about 8am and it was boiling. Both mornings we woke feeling sick we were so hot. The sheets or the air con dried us out so badly that my skin was itchy.

Second stay at this friendly and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Second stay here. Good location. Comfortable hotel with quirky fun features like giant board games and photo booth. Staff are very friendly.
Found good parking very nearby for only £5.50 for 24 hour stay

Cons:

Breakfast pastries were a little stale and cooked breakfast options could have had a little more on offer.
Paid more this time to stay than previous visit.

Great stay
Pros:

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at check in & out.

Cons:

Only downfall was the carpark issue. It would of been helpful if we had known prior to visit that the car park was a problem

Our stay in Chester
Pros:

The room had a good size, for 3 people.
Bathroom was very big.
Hotel is close to the city center.

Cons:

Under the bed there was a security light with a sensor, that went off every time someone got up, which woke us al up every time. There was no door between the room and the extra space where the third person slept, so there was no privacy.
Because the room was prepared for wheel chairs, the sink was very low, not really nice for a tall person.
Didn't take breakfast, as we thought that asking 18GBP per person, per day, was an outrage.
