Property was in a perfect location close to downtown, right on the canal, Modern, clean and wonderful staff.
Location. Walking distance from station, lovely position on the canal.
Room was small and, bathroom had a sliding door which wasn't great.
3rd visit, so we knew what it was like and it continues to be a great location, with great facilities and staff. Clean, functional and comfortable.
Rooms could really do with some drawer/extra shelf space. I'm sure my room description suggested we had a fridge, but there wasn't one. Either way, it would be a handy addition.

Enjoyed the 2 night break, I chose the hotel because it was pet friendly, my pooch had a great time

The parking system is terrible! Managed to park outside the hotel, £10 a day but you can only pay every 24hrs, not for your whole stay and the app didn't work! Very stressful and the only downside to our trip!
