The location was great.

Cons:

They allowed people to book rooms there knowing they had no hot water. Their boiler was down. I requested a refund and only received 10% back of what I paid.

Fantastic choice for a beautiful weekend in Fayetteville!
Pros:

Such a beautiful facility with a fantastic staff!! The gym, pool, breakfast, cafe, beds, bathroom, quiet level, spaciousness, etc, was all beyond expectations. The staff was warm, professional, welcoming, informed, and helpful. The lobby was cozy, the coffee was good! The staff even made me a Starbucks Coffee with oatmilk that was absolutely delicious. Tremendous value and quality across the board.

Location and they had an indoor pool.

Cons:

The pool was ice cold and our grandchildren could not swim. They emptied the trash in our room and picked up the dirty towels but did not leave any clean towels. Second day of stay at 8:00 am the breakfast Buffett was picked over and no food was available. We were in town due to family medical issues and stayed 2 nights. We had reserved a third night with an option for free cancellation if we did not need it. We did cancel and were charged $195 for a room we did not use. Will never go back.

Not as good as we expected based on our previous stays at this location.
Pros:

Location. Indoor pool.

Cons:

Tv reception was horrible. The indoor pool was too cold for children and play. Housecleaning staff picked up trash and used towels and did not leave replacement towels. Breakfast buffet on second day of stay at 8:00 am was out of several of the basic items to the point we skipped breakfast. Specially booked this hotel for indoor pool for our grandchildren, they were disappointed.
