Cons:

Que recibí una multa de tránsito estando parqueado en donde indica el parqueadero del hotel (al frente del lobby). Escribí para solicitar que se hicieran cargo de esa multa pero a la fecha no he obtenido respuesta, que espero sea positiva, pues no me parece que por seguir las indicaciones del hotel yo deba ser multado.

Great customer service over all. Great air conditioning, fast house keeping service and staff very responsive.

Cons:

Rooms are not cleaned good, dirty and they have roaches! Very disappointed with all the reviews highlighting the cleanliness of the rooms and they in fact are not. Showers were dirty and had build up.

Decent stay but could’ve been better

Good location, staff was friendly, parking fee waived

Cons:

Room wasn’t the cleanest, stains on couch, floor needed to be swept/mopped, stain on towel, requested additional towels due to no housekeeping on New Years and had to wait over 2 hours for them.
