It was okay.
Pros:

Very hip and up to date. Close to all tourist things Orlando.

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room. For the amount of money it cost, and being a tourist hotel, there should be a way to heat food in the room. I don’t like that the shower was exposed. Not a good thing for privacy while showering. Our room was not serviced daily. I had to call down for towels and for our trash to be taken out. I didn’t like that there were only maybe 5 spaces marked for the paid parking guests. If I am paying to park on a lot, I would like to have primary parking.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t flowing well and there was not shower gel which I think would have been a mixup by the cleaners

We only stayed 1 night, it was perfect for what we needed
Pros:

It was clean and centrally located to a lot of different things to do and restaurants

Cons:

I did not like that it was 2 different hotels, went into a door by the pool and went to what I thought was our room it was a completely different area. We didn’t notice any signage and we’re really turned around.

Parking was 26 dollars and not expected. Don’t charge me for parking, just raise the price!! I can’t walk to the motel!! This was my fourth stay and I wasn’t charged before!!

Cons:

Que recibí una multa de tránsito estando parqueado en donde indica el parqueadero del hotel (al frente del lobby). Escribí para solicitar que se hicieran cargo de esa multa pero a la fecha no he obtenido respuesta, que espero sea positiva, pues no me parece que por seguir las indicaciones del hotel yo deba ser multado.

Pros:

Great customer service over all. Great air conditioning, fast house keeping service and staff very responsive.

Cons:

Rooms are not cleaned good, dirty and they have roaches! Very disappointed with all the reviews highlighting the cleanliness of the rooms and they in fact are not. Showers were dirty and had build up.
