Pros:

I checked in and went up to my room and the key card wasn't working so I went back down to the front desk and the simply moved me rooms and sent maintenance to replace the batteries in the door lock made my night simple as could be and not having to wait to get in my room was so nice

It was fine just wish the layout of the room was different. Staff seemed irritated to be at work. Pool was cold.
