Pros:

Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück war gut . Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war wenig Wellness und auch die Wassertemperatur zu kalt. Die Lage als zentral ist nicht zutreffend und dafür das dieses Hotel 2021 eröffnet wurde ist die Umgebung extreme Baustelle!! Man geht an stinkenden Müllkontainern der Nachbarhäuser vorbei an Absperrungen entlang geschlängelt bis man dann Zur Straßenbahn kommt. Das ist aber auch ein Bereich an dem man zu Fuß fehl am Platze ist. Erst an der Central Station angekommen und nach einem nicht gut ausgeschildertem Weg zu den anderen Linien der Straßenbahn ist man da wo man als Tourist sein möchte.

I booked the twin room and it had leakage on the ceiling and wall- there was a lot of mould on the ceiling . There was no proper lighting in the room to get ready

Good value for the money
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was very clean and spacious room.
The location is also good, 5 min walk from the tram and just 3 stops to the central station.
A lot of choice for breakfast but we had a nice dinner too at the hotel restaurant.

Cons:

It could be a bit warmer in the bathroom in winter.

Schönes Hotel aber keine gute Infrastruktur
Pros:

Mega Unterkunft mit Sauna und Whirlpool

Cons:

Leider überwiegt das schlechte so oft. Uns wurde vom Personal empfohlen im Q-Parkhaus zu parken. Dort sind wir Opfer von einem Einbruch ins Auto geworfen. Die Scheibe wurde eingeschlagen und wir wurden beklaut. So ein schönes Hotel und es wird nirgendwo für Sicherheit gesorgt. Unser Auto war nicht das einzige welches beschädigt worden ist. Ich finde als Hotel gehört es dazu, dass die Gäste in einem sicheren Ort ihr Auto parken können und es sollte nicht auf ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus verwiesen werden.

Extremely dark throughout. Could do with more lighting in the rooms.
Cons:

I did not like the way the hotel take 150 euros as a deposit even though the room had been fully paid for. It takes days for it to be refunded and we lose money because of exchange rate/their fees. Why they can’t just swipe a credit card for incidentals I don’t know!

المكان سيء جدا جدا جدا

الفندق مرتب ونظيف والغرف ذات تصميم غريب والحمام جميل جدا

Cons:

المكان جدا سيء لا يوجد اي شي قريب على هذا الفندق حتى سيارة التكسي لا تصل قريب منه اقرب محطة مترو بحدود 300 م في مكان مقطوع تماما عن الحياة لا انصح به نهائيا

Cons:

The room wasn't clean enough. There was everywhere on the floor and on the bed fake eyelashes that was a bit disgusting. And a lot of cigarettes outside the window.

Hot water issues - aufgrund dessen in anderes Hotel verlegt worden
Pros:

Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht wirklich bewerten, da wir 15 min vor Check-in angerufen wurden Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark und uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass es „hot water issues“ gibt und sie uns deshalb in ein anderes Hotel verlegen müssten.

Wir wurden also ziemlich kurzfristig umgebucht. Schönes Weihnachtsgeschenk. Dabei hatten wir uns so sehr auf das Hotel gefreut. Auf die Wellness Suite mit diesem wunderschönen Ausblick. Stattdessen wurde es das Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre. Zimmer im ersten Stock und Aussicht gleich null. Dafür hatten wir aber auch den Whirlpool und die Sauna auf dem Zimmer so wie wir es im Inntel landmark gebucht hatten. Wir bekamen also eine ähnliche Suite mit Sauna und Whirlpool jedoch ohne Ausblick zum gleichen Preis. Dafür waren wir nun mit dem neuen Hotel Inntel Hotels Amsterdam central wirklich sehr sehr zentral. Also mitten im Geschehen. Das hatte dann natürlich auch wieder seine Vorteile.

Cons:

Gerne hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man uns preislich etwas entgegengekommen wäre für die Umstände die wir dadurch hatten. Immerhin haben wir 1650€ bezahlt für 3 Nächte. Die haben wir gerne bezahlt, wenn wir den Ausblick gehabt hätten. Ein preisliches entgegenkommen für ein Zimmer komplett ohne Ausblick hätten wir mehr als fair gefunden.
