Friendly staff. Close to tram 26 into central Amsterdam. Modern vibe.

Cons:

Coffee making machine instead of instant coffee would have been preferable. Our tea bags and milk were not replenished and my personal shower cap was disposed of by room service after the first night which left me with nothing as they’re not supplied by the hotel.

Very expensive in the end
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and well kept.

Cons:

The location wasn’t ideal. Our booking was also messed up through not fault of our own. When we asked to be changed to what we booked we kept getting promised the next day so couldn’t unpack fully and enjoy our stay
